Recently, the DFSS has been globally used for strengthening the Product Leadership. The importance of Define stage for selecting the theme to maximize the result of such improvement activity Is strongly raised, but the enterprises do face the difficulty to apply In this thesis, the errors on working process of Define stage will be fully examined and also will grope the ways and the process to improve the errors.
