Abstract
The effect of pathogenicity on trehalose accumulation was studied using six species of entomopathogenic nematodes adapted to either cold or warm temperature conditions. Also, trehalose accumulation was studied by treating nematodes with glycerol or oil at trehalose concentration and mortality of cold temperature
