Abstract
This paper proposes new algorithms for cloudy area detection by GHA (Generalized Hebbian Algorithm) and SOFM (Self-Organized Feature Map). SOFM and GHA are unsupervised neural networks and are used for pattern classification and shape detection of satellite image.
