Abstract
Piezoelectric ceramics were made by a doctor blade methode and piezoelectric fans were fabricated by sandwiched a slim and long metal between two layers of ceramics. A maximum displacement of piezoelectric fan occurs in the resonance frequency of a long metal and the resonance frequency of them is in inverse proportion to the square of a length of metal.
