초록

건설 프로젝트에서 단위작업별로 발생하는 노무자의 작업정보와 실적물량 정보는 다양한 건설정보로서 가공될 수 있고 해당 프로젝트의 성과측정 및 경영분석을 위한 근거자료로 활용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 PDA 및 바코드 기술을 활용하여 단위작업 중심의 노무자 작업정보 및 실적물량 정보를 수집하는 방법론을 제시하고 이를 가공하여 노무, 생산성, 공정관리에 활용할 수 있는 건설 프로젝트 정보관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 시스템은 건설 프로젝트의 정보관리에 있어 중요한 실적자료로서 해당 프로젝트의 성과 측정 및 향후 유사 프로젝트의 공사계획에 유용한 정보로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The information of works performed by labors can be used for analyzing project status related to schedule, cost and productivity, etc. The purpose of this research is to develop a computer-based system by the application of PDA and barcode technology in order to measue and monitor the amount of workforce resources, works done and productivity. It is anticipated that the effective use of the devepoped system would be able to effectively assist the schedule planning and management for present and prospective construction projects.
