Abstract

We have developed the evaluation program using LabVIEW for the high power laser measurement system.

산업 전반에 사용되는 수백W-수kW의 $CO_2$ 및 Nd:YAG 레이저광 출력측정 및 교정을 위해 정밀한 레이저 계측 장치를 제작하고 성능 평가 및 출력 측정을 위해 National Instrument사의 LabVIEW를 이용한 프로그램을 작성하였다. 레이저광의 출력측정을 위해 전원 공급기와 두 대의 DVM, 디지털 카운터를 GPIB를 통해 PC에 연결하였고 이를 이용해 데이터를 수집하여 그 결과를 분석하였다.
