So many countries, including England & Wales. USA, Australia, New zealand. Canada and Korea. now undergo deregulation process in the power system sector. Therefore. new terminologies in this field are generated more and more. It is the same case in our country. However the meanings and uses of these terminologies are so confused. This paper proposes standardization, refinement and explanation principles of new terminologies in electric power deregulation.
