Abstract
Al doped Zinc Oxide(ZnO:Al) films, which is widely used as a transparent conductor in optoelectronic devices such as solar cell, plasma display panel, thermal heater, and other sensors, were prepared by using the capacitively coupled DC magnetron sputtering method.
