Temperature Effects of 2.SGbps optical transponder with uncooled laser diode
비냉각 방식 레이저를 이용한 2.SGbps 광 트랜스폰드의 온도 특성
Abstract
We implemented 2.5Gbps optical transponder by using uncooled laser diode and measured temperature effects of 2.5Gbps uncooled laser diode, such as optial power vs. injection current, extinction ratio, and power penaty.
