Development of the Safety Information System according to the Construction Site Accidents

재해사례에 의한 건설현장 안전정보시스템 구축에 관한 연구

Construction accidents are very serious comparing to its workers. These kind of accidents consist in the particularity of construction. The accident prevention task in construction requires both into immediate approach and longer range approach of instruction, training and education. Information concerning each individual accident, if the information of investigation has been done well, it provides information of prevention accident. At this point, this paper by examining 800 cases of serious accident researched by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency from Jan. 1992 to Dec. 2000 specifically targeting apartment and building construction develops the construction information system to suggest the proper information of construction safety.

건설현장은 전산업 근로자의 $10\%$ 미만인 근로자가 전산업 재해의 $30\%$를 차지하는 재해다발 업종으로 중대재해 사고가 매우 심각하다. 이는 건설업이 갖고 있는 특수성에 기인하는 것으로써, 건설업에서의 사고예방 업무는 교육, 훈련, 정보의 직접적인 접근과 장기적인 접근을 요구한다. 사고사례는 건설공정에 따른 위험 위해 요소 등 본 작업에 관련한 모든 정보가 함축되어 있으므로 각 개별적인 사건에 대한 조사의 정보가 잘 이루어진다면 이는 사고예방에 있어서 좋은 정보를 제공하게 될 것이다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 한국산업안전공단에 의해 조사된 $1992\~2000$년간의 빌딩과 APT를 대상으로 중대재해의 80여건을 Data Base화하고 건설공정의 안전정보를 제공하기 위하여 필요한 건설안전 정보시스템을 개발하는데 있다.
