For insuring and guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of machine tool from design phase, we studied the reliability analysis and design review method. We researched the feasibility study machining center with the proposed procedure and described the analysis outputs. From this study will contribute to guide and introduce the reliability design in developing and producing phase of high quality product.
