Abstract

This thesis is what accident in sea have been produced as lost themselves life and property about 500times at every years. Therefore this was induced to experiment on a national basis that the role of communication of ship is to move from lose themselves life and property

본 논문은 현재 우리나라에서 사용하는 해상 무선통신의 주파수, 이용분야, 관련조직 등에 대하여 분석하였다 그리고 항만, 연근해, 원양해역을 항해중이거나 조업중인 선박의 통신 활용에 대한 방안과 해상이동업무 전화망 구축과 서비스, 해안국의 조직, 사용주파수대등 많은 문제점을 지적하였다. 또한 선박국과 육상국간의 통신 서비스에 대한 원활한 소통을 해소하고 낙후된 해상통신의 서비스 개선에 큰 역할을 할수 있도록 연구하였다.
