Abstract
One of the main government department to enhance her capability of Science and Technology Capacity, MOST has done important role in Korea. Also the scale of resources they put in Science and Technology raises sharply and this trend will continue for years. The aim of this study is to investigate the technology research and the implementation of the MOST R&D.
