Abstract
Piezoelectric Actuator and electrostrictive Actuator samples were fabricated using PMN-PT-PZ system ceramics with Barium substitution, and the strain properties of them investigated. The largest Piezoelectric coefficient and electromechanical coupling coefficient were observed at sintering temperature
