Abstract
300 MHz proton NMR spectra of human blood plasma were analyzed by deconvolution of spectrum, and we compared its results with Fossel's test in normal (15 cases), liver cancer (14 cases) , and other cancer (14 cases) groups. This analysis had enabled us to obtain dynamic characteristics of each individual lipoprotein.
