A case of deep laceration of anterior neck

전경부 절상 1례

There are in many instances emergent cases in traumatic lesions of neck, which require emergency treatment for life saving. The authors experienced a case of multiple lacerations including anterior neck, both forearms and abdomen, that have psychological problems. This is the report of this case along with literature survey.

경부의 외상은 정도의 차이는 있으나 위급한 경우가 많다. 이러한 경우 신속한 처치는 환자의 구명과 직결되는 것이다. 저자들은 정신과적인 문제가 있는 19세 된 남자가 전경부, 복부, 양측 전박부에 자해상(다발성 열상)을 가하고 내원한 례를 치험하였기에 문헌 고찰을 가하여 보고하는 바이다.
