취업주부의 부부 역할수행.가정생활 기여도 및 만족도 (The Couple's Role Performance.Family Life Contribution and Family Life Satisfaction of Employed Wives)

  • This study is to find the relation between role performance on employed wives and husbands in family and family life contribution family life satisfaction and to found out variables which influence them. The samples were selected from the employed wives with children more than one in Seoul. Among 900 respondents 684 employed wives were finally selected as data. The major results are as follows: 1) Their husbands' role performance was affected by the level of communica-tion support from family members to their employment and that their own role performance was affected by the level of sex role attitude the level of communication degree of resourcefulness recognition and support from family members to their employment. 2) They contribution to family life was affected by type of wive's occupation sex role attitude job satisfaction husbands' role as spouse performance wive's role as spouse performance parent's role and economic role. 3) Influential variables on the degree of famil life satisfaction were income the level of communication the degree of resourcefulness recognition support from family members to their employment job satisfaction wive's role as parent and contribution to self·child-care However their contribution to housework was adversely affected family life satisfaction.

부부의 생활 만족도 비교 분석 : 주관적 경제수준 평가를 중심으로 (Comparative analysis of live satisfaction of husband and wife -Concentrated on subject evaluation of economic level-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the differences between the husband's and wife's satisfaction of home life. This study is also to compare and analyze some empirical influence on life satisfaction of husband and wife according to home socio-demographic variables and subjective evaluation of economic level including their perception levels of home economics circumstance. The major results are as follows; 1. The husband's score of life satisfaction shows signifcantly more than wife's score that is his score is 3.36 and her score is 3.19. 2. The variables which affect couple's life satisfaction are the perception of resource adequacy the perception of the adequacy of household income, the evaluation level of resource contribution and the perception of level of living relative to others. The most influential variable of the husband is the perception of resource adequacy, while the most influential variable of the sife is the evaluation level of resource contribution. 3. The result of the relative contribution for the variables of life satisfaction are as follows. The explanation of husband's sociodemographic variable is 11.5% if variable of subjective evaluation of economic level is added the explain power is 34.1%(increase, 22.6% (p<0.001)) The explanation of wife's socio-demographic variable is 9.8% If variable of subjective evaluation of economic level is added the explanation is 41.2% (increase 31.4% (p<0.001)).

Determinants of R&D Commercialization by SMEs after Technology Transfer

  • This study aims to analyze the factors that could influence business decisions of in the commercialization of R&D when technology is transferred from government research institutes (GRIs) to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We examine 353 such cases of technology transfer. The dependent variable is whether the licensee had the intention of following up with R&D after the technology has been transferred. The independent variables, classified into ex-ante factors and ex-post factors, consist of the involvement of SMEs into GRI R&D, technology readiness level, relatedness to existing technologies, and contribution to sales revenue and level-up of existing technologies. The results of the study show that the contribution to existing technologies has a positive impact on R&D commercialization. However, unlike our expectation, contribution to sales revenue, the involvement of SMEs into GRI R&D, technology readiness level, the relatedness to existing technologies of the technology transferred have no impact on follow-up R&D.

신재생에너지의 온실가스감축 기여도에 따른 지역별 보급전략 (Regional Supply Strategies for Renewable Energy Sources based on Contribution Level of GHG Emission Reduction)

  • This study examines the contribution level of greenhouse gas(GHG) emission reduction and installation costs of renewable energy facilities. The GHG emission forecasts and industrial structures in the 16 regions of Korea are then analyzed to identify the proper supply of renewable energy sources for each region. The results show that water power is the most effective and efficient renewable energy source to reduce GHG emissions, followed by sunlight, wind power, geothermal heat, and solar heat, respectively. The 16 regions are then categorized into 4 groups based on their GHG emission forecast and industrial structure: high emission and manufacturing group, low emission and manufacturing group, low emission and service group, and high emission and service group. The proper supply of renewable energy sources for each group is then determined based on the contribution level and cost efficiency of GHG emission reduction.

  • A system dynamics model is developed in order to evaluate the contribution level of the activities regarding HANARO, which is the research reactor in Korea. The system dynamics model has room to be improved, but it is logically sound enough to evaluate the general level of contributions and to develop strategies for the HANARO to be more contributable. Considering the uncertainty involved with the input variables, the contribution level is ranged from 3 times to about 30 times of the investment made on it.   • 본 연구는 기업 사회공헌활동을 지역사회 참여수준에 따라 적극적 지역사회공헌활동과 소극적 지역사회공헌활동으로 분류하여, 지역사회 참여수준에 따른 기업 사회공헌활동의 지역사회발전 효과성을 지역주민을 중심으로 분석하였다. 국내기업의 사회공헌활동 우수사례를 지역사회 참여수준에 따라 정리하여 선정하였으며, 선정된 활동들을 대상으로 경제성, 안전성, 편리성, 쾌적성, 사회 문화성의 5개 요인을 조사하여 지역사회발전 효과성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역사회 참여수준이 높은 적극적인 지역사회공헌활동의 경우, 지역사회발전 효과성이 5개 지역사회발전 요인 모두에서 높게 나타났다. 따라서 기업 사회공헌활동의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 보다 적극적으로 지역사회와 소통하고 다양한 네트워크를 구축해나갈 필요가 있다. 이에 향후 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 위해 역할을 조정하고 유연하게 대응해줄 중간매개기관의 중요성이 높아질 것으로 판단된다.

The Contribution of Social Media Value to Company's Financial Performance: Empirical Evidence from Indonesia

  • This article aims to explore the contribution of social media value to a company's financial performance in a digital environment economy since the awareness of companies and investors in the use of social media opens up new mechanisms for disseminating information. Quantitative method is used in this study with Multivariate Analysis of Variance as the analysis tool. The data used is secondary data gathered from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using 308 companies as samples. In the multivariate test, four kinds of multivariate significance tests were carried out, namely Pillai Trace, Wilk Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root. It was found that social media value has a small contribution in the difference of the level of profitability and the value of the company in Indonesia, but it doesn't have a contribution to the difference of the level of liquidity. The contribution was an implication of online Word of Mouth (WOM) motives which are interrelated with signal theory and as additional information for investors in relation to single-person decision theory. This study provides an insight into the importance of social media management considering that the world of digital economy will continue to develop, so companies in Indonesia need to take advantage of these opportunities.

도시 주부의 가정관리행동유형과 가정생활 기여감 (The Home Management Behavior Pattern and Contribution to the Family Life of Urban Housewives)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the relation between the home management behavior pattern and contribution to the family life of urban housewives and to find out variables which influence them. The samples were selected from 522 housewives with children more than one living in Seoul. The major findings were: 1) In the housewives the degree of education of resourcefulness recognition and of communication were high home management behavior pattern was relatively morphogensis. 2) Influential variables on contribution to the family were the level of education status of employment and as the home management behavior pattern was morphogensis. 3) The relative contribution of home management behavior pattern of contribution to the family was the highest among other variables ; socio-demographic and psychological variables.

병원 간호조직 성과관리지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Measurement Indicators of Nursing Department in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the contribution score of nursing organizational level for Performance Management Indicators (PMIs) in the nursing department in a hospital. Methods: The process consisted of three stages. Stage I: The strategies based on 4 perspectives of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) were identified by BSC committee in the hospital nursing department. Stage II : PMIs according to the strategies were developed. Stage III : The contribution score according to nursing organizational level (nursing department, nursing unit, nurse) for PMIs were surveyed by questionnaire. Data was analyzed using descriptive statics and ANOVA test. Results: Eight strategies were defined according to 4 perspectives of BSC. Eighteen PMIs were determined according to the strategies. The nurse considered the contribution of nursing department most highly on the 13 among 18 PMIs. Conclusion: This study provided basic data for further study to identify the subject of responsibility on the strategic management of performance.

어머니의 소비자사회화수준이 자녀의 소비자기능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mothers' Level of Consumer Socialization Influencing the Children's Level of Consumer Skills)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data to analyze the importance of family as the consumer socialization agents influencing consumer socialization and to enhance the adolescent children's level of consumer skill. The summary of research results is as follows: 1. There were significant differences in the mothers' level of consumer socialization according to the age, education level, consumer attitude, children's grade. 2. The factors showing significant relations to children's level of consumer skills were found to be children's sex, their grade, mother's age and their consumer attitude. The similar results were found for the various aspects of consumer skills. 3. Both the mother's level of consumer socialization with respect to themselves and with respect to children were found to be positivily correlated to children's level of consumer skills. 4. The result of analyzing the independent contribution of the factors in affecting the childern's level of consumer skills is that in order of increasing contribution the factors are the mother's level of consumer socialization with respect to children, children's grade, their sex, the mother's age. 5. The mother's level of consumer socialization with respect to themselves and with respect to children were found to be considerably influenced by demographics and socio-psychological variables. And it was confirmed that the mother's level of consumer socialization has causal relations to children's level of consumer skills.
