  • The concept of the manipulability measure of the robotic mechanism is extended to the dual arm holding a single object. This is a measure of manipulating ability of the dual arm forming a closed kinematic chain in positioning and orienting the object. Dual arm manipulability measure is defined and compared to the single arm manipulability measure, and some properties are investigated.

  • In this paper, a navigation system based on fuzzy logic controllers is developed for a mobile robot in an unknown environment. The structure of this fuzzy navigation system features sensor system, fuzzy controllers for motion planning and the motion control system for real-time execution.

  • In this paper, we identified the Black-box system with serious nonlinerity and fast dynamics using Neural Network. This NN have new structure and learned by RLS. It identify system in real-time without priori data. We use this NN to 7-DOF vehicle identification.

  • For many soft ground embankment projects , instrumentation programs for stability and settlement management is being essential . This usually leads to generate large volume of data, which can be used for further research. Database technique is most effective method for data management . Data produced by soft ground embankment instrumentation can not be used by itself but must be reproduced using geotechnical analysis technique. In this study, a intelligent database system for softground called IDSIM was developed to examine applicability intellgent database. . The IDSIM analysis instrumentation data automatically and present results by Web/DB interface successfully.

  • Benzyltrimethylammonium dichloroiodate in the presence of $ZnCl_2$ has been used for aromatic iodination of electron rich aromatic compounds. However, Baylis-Hillman type regioselective ${\alpha}$-iodination was carried out electronically rich coumarin compound under mild reaction condition with excellent chemical yield. Finally, $BBr_3$ demethylation gave ${\alpha}$-iododaphnetin.

  • This paper proposes a new medical information management system to be used or small to medium sized clinics and hospitals. The system is designed to process, analyze and manage each patient's clinical record using database technique. The structure of the database was determined and implemented through careful and rigorous study of medical practices in Korea and, therefore, reflects the needs of information management in Korean medical community. Furthermore, a sophisticated inference engine that can deduce possible disease from the result of medical examination is added to the system to provide doctors with a guideline in medical diagnoses.
