  • Purpose - The purpose of the present study is to discover success factors for small and medium-sized exporting enterprises and to derive factors that can positively influence the export of small and medium-sized enterprises. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the problem solution mentioned above. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 258 filled-in questionnaires were collected; afterwards, frequency and cross tabulation analyses were conducted. The PPML analytic technique was applied to the core factors analyzed in Stages 1 and 2 to conduct regression analysis (cause and effect analysis and estimation method), thereby deriving success factors. Result - Based on detailed factors, a total of 15 success factors directly/indirectly involved in the success of export in small and medium-sized enterprises comprising 9 success factors, three positive effect factors for export, and three governments support policy factors were identified. Conclusions - The present paper is a rare empirical study paper that found and presented three detailed factors that positively influence on export and three government support policy factors, in addition to the above factors. Therefore, the results can be used by small and medium-sized enterprises that require not only previous studies, but also actual export success factor.

Literature review, questionnaire and depth interview with the elderly of case rural villages keeping face with investigation of residential environment was carried out for the derivation of planning factors. Study of related legal factors and interviewing with experts for advice was conducted also for the verification and complement of planning factors. The goal of this study was improvement of residential environment for the elderly or existing rural village not the new one and planning factors was intended to include all the considerable elements. Planing factors was classified two groups which were factors of village outdoor and the inside and outside of a house. The former was also divided into spacial factors and facilities factors and the latter was divided into inside factors and outside factors. The results may contribute to improving residential environment for rural elderly with relation of health and medical service.

  • This paper studied the spatial factors activating the personal interaction based on case studies of $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ in France. The spatial factors are analyzed into material factors and dematerial factors. The material factors have physical features in space and directly or indirectly activate the personal interaction. They consist of 8 elements including pocket space, balcony, atrium, stairs, elevators, windows, conference rooms and furnitures. The dematerial factors consist of 6 elements including polycentrism, continuance, mixture, interpenetration, dematerialization, transparency. They are compounded of material factors and explain them conceptually. But dematerial factors are abstract concepts. To provide reliability I confirm the relationship with dematerial factors by using a connections, topology, a phased depth of the Depthmap as the framework of the visual recognition of the space syntax covering the characteristic of dematerial factors. The result of the quantitative analysis human-behavior in $V\'{e}nissieux$ $M\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ and the result of applying the spatial factors of $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ as the community center to the $V\'{e}nissieux$ $M\'{e}diath\'{e}que$ proved that the spatial factors are significant factors of the $M\'{e}diath\'{e}ques$ as the community center.

Results : A female dental treatment of fear and distrust of dentists showed higher than male. Showed higher dental treatment of fear and the higher distrust of dentist. Showde the treatment-avoidance factors the higher patient of negligence factors and distrust of dentists factors are highly statistically significant. Showed the stimulus response factors in oral health education, often highly-experienced, and distrust of the dentists of factors the lower stimulus response factors are highly. Showed the similar results physiological arousal factors and the stimulus response factors. Conclusions : The results suggest that oral health status of improve adolescent before treatment of patients identify biological characteristics and personality can decrease dental treatment of fear and distrust of dentist.

  • This research empirically investigated the influence factors on the activation of environmental innovations (EI) in Korean manufacturing firms. In this study, external factors (compulsory demand, government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure) and internal factors (environmental resources, top management support, integration of environmental tasks, capabilities of environmental personnel, and environmental strategy/environmental management systems) were totally considered. The results of a multiple regression analysis showed that influence factors such as top management support, environmental resources and integration of environmental tasks have a significant and positive impact on levels of EI. However, the effects of external factors were not statistically significant. We also examined whether capabilities of environmental personnel as well as environmental resources, which are directly related with degrees of EI, have a moderating impact on relationships between other internal factors and levels of EI. With a subgroup analysis, the moderating role of abilities of environmental personnel were empirically confirmed. Through a multiple regression analysis, the direct effects of external factors on the adoption or construction of internal factors were demonstrated. The effects of government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure on internal factors were significant and positive. It was also found that external factors have indirect effects on EI through internal factors. Finally, the results of multiple regression analyses indicated that EI positively influences the achievement of environmental competitive benefits, and environmental competitive advantages can improve the organizational performance of a firm.

By using the following methodology, this study analyzed the characteristics and mutual relations of the economical and house-composing factors, categorized the investigation object into sub-markets, and executed comparative analysis. First, based on the leading studies analyzing the factors of house price determination and the assessment indicators of 'Green Building Certification Program', the composing factors are deduced. Second, the factors are categorized as economic, housing complex planning and geographical condition. Third, to identify the influence of housing environmental factors on economic factors, the correlation between the former and the latter, and the difference between economic factors are analyzed. Fourth, by segmenting and categorizing the housing market into time and location subgroups, the chronicle trend and the geographical characteristics are analyzed.

  • This study attempted to investigate the factors influencing alcohol drinking habit of college students in Korea. To find how many students are alcohol dependents and what factors are related to problem drinking habit, the current study estimated problem drinkers and analyzed the relationship of problem drinking and various factors. In 2000, 736 students reported the questionnaires. Estimated rates of problem drinkers standardized by age were 0.7% of male and 0.5% of female students by NAST, amounting 9,300 college students. Age of initiation of alcohol drinking, alcohol or drug use problems of parents or mends, psychological factors, emotional factors, and two of MMPI scales were significantly different between moderate drinkers and alcohol dependents. The moderate and problem drinkers were significantly different in Mf and Pa average scores. However, economic factors were not significantly different between the moderate drinkers and alcohol dependents. Based on the results, this study suggested that further multivariate studies with large sample need be conducted to investigate the relationship between alcohol dependency and its factors.

The basic problems facing the Sudanese construction projects are the factors that affect on construction project performance. The objectives include identifying the factors affecting the performance of Sudanese construction projects, and to determine the critical factors. The literature review has been done to gather the information about the causes and their factors that affect on the performance of construction projects from the previous researches. The research methodology was conducted to gather the data by questionnaire which was examined to be reliable and valid according to statistical tests. The (34) factors were identified as factors affect on construction projects and the (10) factors were the critical factors which may lead to poor performance of Sudanese construction projects. This study has some conclusions such as the instrument for measuring the critical factors on the performance is reliable and valid, so the project management stage performance is 64.2%.
