  • Electrical facilities of entertainment spaces become more complicate and bigger due to growing industry and economy. Therefore using only Technical standards for Electrical facilities of internal standard, we have some difficulty for management and installation of electrical facilities of entertainment spaces. So this paper gives a information which is applied to install the electrical facilities of entertainment space by analysing and comparing of internal and external standard.

  • Recently, the reactor trip in nuclear power plants has mostly occurred by the failure of secondary electrical facilities. Some kinds of technical standards or acceptable criteria are required to regulate those facilities. Therefore, in this paper the failures of secondary electrical facilities which cause reactor trip are analyzed, and the inspection technologies including guidelines for secondary electrical facilities are developed.

  • This study proposes to suggest a direction hereafter which is the most suitable operating system of electrical safety management agency for electrical facilities to enhance electrical safety considering our domestic conditions. It was designed to prevent electrical disasters which are increasing due to environmental changes in the electrical industry, and the diversification and complication of the electrical facilities. And the strategy of this research is based on conditions of safety management agency for the electrical facilities, with the analysis on conditions of electrical disasters, and with a questionnaire investigation for owner of electrical facilities, safety management agency. Results of this research are expected to be used to prevent electric fires and shocks effectively by reinforcing the electrical safety management agency of electrical facilities having danger of large-scaled accidents. It is expected to enhance the nation's competing power against foreign countries by reducing the human and physical loss, resulted from the development of reasonable operating system for electrical safety management agency.

  • In order to introduce remote monitoring system for effective safety management of electrical facilities for general use, which the most of electrical fires and non-inspection problems due to absence are generated development of local device model considering cost and installation is requested. This paper presents local device models for remote electrical safety inspection of electrical facilities for general use and in order to rational model according to installation place of electrical facilities for general use, compare and analysis cost, installation and communication method of local device models. The results show that rational model for remote safety inspection of electrical facilities located in houses, which occupy the must of electrical facilities for general use, is to give safety monitoring ability to low voltage remote meter reading(or automatic meter reading: AMR).

  • This paper presents a quantitative analysis method to quantitatively indicate a electrical fire preventive effect of safety inspection for electrical facilities for general use. Logic model was developed based on whether enforcement of safety inspection for electrical facilities, and then the developed analysis model was converted to hydraulic model by using mathematical logic. The electrical fire preventive effect of safety inspection for electrical facilities was quantitatively calculated by applying electrical safety inspection results and fire statistics for five years to the developed hydraulic model. The results show that electrical fire preventive effects of 5,542 cases on annual average for five years.

  • 170kV GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) is widely used in large industrial factory-electrical facilities of private use because has many benefits. But Other equipments's failures are occurred by GIS failures and give rise economic problems to user. Therefore we will examine the actual condition of the 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use and are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of disconnecting switchgear. In this paper, we presents the actual condition investigation of the disconnecting switchgear of 170kV GIS-electrical facilities of private use by post - failure pattern, inspection method, test equipments and so forth.

  • This paper presents an assessment system of safety level of 22.9kV grade high voltage electrical facilities considering environmental factors. The assessment system was developed based on the following procedure. Firstly, assessment structure was determined by consulting standards regarding inspection and diagnosis of electrical facilities. Secondly, contents of items and sub items of assessment system were developed. Thirdly, in order to quantify the importance of the assessment system, the weight was calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Lastly, assessment table of safety level was developed including environmental factors such as period of use and load factor. The developed system can evaluate the safety level of high voltage facilities in an objective way. Therefore it can be applicable to electrical safety management system based on Internet of Things(IoT).

  • lt's a general tendency that electrical facilities of power station become a large size and increase in number because electrical facilities become big and complicated with internal industrial development and economic growth. So, electrical accidents were increased in this electrical facilities of power station. Therefore, we studied on the safety environment in power station and compared of internal and external standards.   • As a building is getting large-scale, composition and intelligence, it is required the stability of building electrical facilities. And it is very difficult of rapidly repair on a breakdown of building electrical facilities. Therefore high-reliability and efficiency of building safety is required. And thus, this study presents the repair-maintenance support program for preventive maintenance on a builing electrical facilities. This program makes offer some functions, facilities history input mode, checking and result mode. User can be made offer the cause and effect information of facilities-faults by this preventive maintenance program.

  • In spite of regular electrical safety inspection and improvement management of incongruent facilities, over 80 percent of electrical fires were generated in electrical facilities for general use, and the prevention of electrical safety accidents gets more difficult because of incomprehension on electrical safety inspection system, the increasement of non-inspection electrical facilities user, un-installation of residual current protective devices and leaving unsuitable equipments alone. This paper analyzed electrical safety inspection system of electrical facilities for general use and results of safety inspection and electrical fire statistics, and deducted the related problems. Also, improvement method of safety management of electrical facilities for general use was proposed in view of electrical safety inspection system, inspection implementation method, electrical fire statistics establishment, electrical safety consciousness and remote electrical safety inspection system.
