In order to reduce the cost of software maintenance including software modification, we suggest the object oriented program with checking the version of application program using the Java language and the technique of executing the downloaded application program via network using the application manager. In order to change the traditional scheduler to the application manager we have adopted the Xlet concept in the nuclear fields using the network. In usual Xlet means a Java application that runs on the digital television receiver. The Java TV Application Program Interface(API) defines an application model called the Xlet application lifecycle. Java applications that use this lifecycle model are called Xlets. The Xlet application lifecycle is compatible with the existing application environment and virtual machine technology. The Xlet application lifecycle model defines the dialog(protocol) between an Xlet and its environment

This study was conducted to develop a computer simulation program for trickle application of nutrient solution. A computer simulation program using finite element method was developed to evaluate discharges of emitters on trickle application. The uniformity of application for two different lateral line lengths and three application methods was evaluated by the computer simulation program. The results of this study are as follows. 1. A computer simulation program was developed to determine emitter discharges from a trickle application system and pressures at emitter positions by finite element method and to design a uniform trickle application system. 2. The simulation program developed was verified by experiment. The root mean square error between experimental data and simulated data was 1.1% on the average discharge and it was found that the computer simulation program was an effective tool for the design of a trickle application system of nutrient solution. 3. The uniformity of trickle application system was evaluated for three different methods of supplying nutrient solution with different lateral line lengths. The best uniformity was obtained from the method, which supplies nutrient solution from both ends alternatively for the same period of time.

The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP (Application Service Provider) as new information technology outsourcing method appears due to development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents application certification as the part of ASP certification program.

The most important factor in students' growth and development is the teacher. Therefore in-service science teacher education to develop the professionality is important as well as the selection of new excellence teachers. Our research is on the development and application of new education program on science experiments where in-service teachers become the lecturers in the program and provide information that is bound to the context of real lessons. This program is consisted of following 10 steps of work, which was implemented in 5 months: sharing the philosophy of the program, selecting science experiments, first application of the experiments, discussion on the first application, learning how to edit the movie clips of the lesson, second application of the experiments, in depth discussion on the second application, developing the experiment package, giving lecture to other science teachers, and evaluating the program. We describe the process of the program developed and implemented in detail to suggest a model of science teacher education program on science experiments and discuss educational implications. This program is characterized by the emphasis of the context closely linked to the real lessons, the problem solving in a real situation, and the collaboration of teachers, professors and science education researcher in a teacher education.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship of variables affecting application of job training in the Integrated Public Health Promotion Program Personnel(IPHPPP); intrinsic motivation, individual oriented achievement motivation, achievement and satisfaction of program. The subjects were 115 IPHPPP who participated in job training program of Incheon City Integrated Health Promotion Support Team. Data were collected using a structure self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by a ANOVA, correlational analysis, and path analysis. As a result, the application of job training was high in the 40s. There was no significant difference in each variable by job application. Application of job training was positively correlated with intrinsic motivation, individual oriented achievement motivation, achievement and satisfaction of program. Further, Application of job training was directly by intrinsic motivation, individual oriented achievement motivation, and indirectly by satisfaction of program. Satisfaction of program was directly or indirectly influenced by achievement and application of job training. This showed that satisfaction of program play an important role in application of job training. Increasing the motivation and satisfaction of the participants is necessary as a way to increase application of job training. This findings may help to design educational programs to improve application of job training for IPHPPP.

This paper discusses the development of an educational web-based power flow program for undergraduate students. The interaction between lectures and users can be much enhanced via the web-based programs which result in the student's learning effectiveness on the power flow problem. However the difficulties for developing web-based application programs are that there can be the numerous unspecified users to access the application programs. To overcome the aforementioned multi-users problem and to develope the educational web-based power flow program, we have revised the system architecture, the modeling of application programs, and database which efficiently and effectively manages the complex data sets related to the power flow analysis program. The developed application program is composed of the physical three tiers where the middle tier is logically divided into two kinds of application programs. The divided application programs are interconnected by using the Web-service based on XML (Extended Markup Technology) and HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) which make it possible the distributed computing technology Also, this paper describes the method of database modeling to handle effectively when the numerous users change the parameters of the power system to compare the results of the base case.

Generally, a software development process is composed with requirements analysis, design, coding, test and maintenance. However, some changes of the design step are difficult to complicate the next step in the development process. It always causes the disagreement between design and implementation step. In this paper, we have developed a tool which can generate an application program. The tool can reduce the disagreement between system design and implementation and recognize the business logic to develop the software rapidly and flexibly In addition, we proposed a non-program-based application program system approach was proposed, In. We can generate and modify an application program with this method which can edit the meta data of a system design by the dynamic method for the execution time.

The System Engineering(SE) and the Earned Value Management System(EVMS), as parts of the scientific project management methodology, have been applied to Surion Helicopter R&D Program. The concept and application process of SE methodology, requirements management and applications output by DOORS program are described in this study. The concept and application process of EVMS, analysis results of schedule/cost variance for Surion RF equipment are also discussed in this study. Though the Surion R&D program is still on-going, it is found that the measures of effectiveness of SE and EVMS applications are verified.

Purpose : The study was aimed to evaluate the improvement of cognitive and hand functions after the application of a complex rehabilitation intervention program on patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and dementia who were living a regional community from. Methods : Subjects who were living in a regional sanatorium or who were outpatients of a community health center were enrolled from 2012. 2 to 2013.2 All subjects were enforced 8 cycles of a complex rehabilitation intervention program including RON dance, physical activity using therabands, reality awareness training, space retrieval training and handicraft activities. Results : There were significant improvement in LOTCA-G cognitive function and JTHFT hand function test after the application of a complex rehabilitation intervention program. Conclusion : The result shows a significant improvement in cognitive and hand functions after the application of a complex rehabilitation intervention program in patients with MCI and dementia. Therefore the authors suggest the vast studies of the cognitive function program development and hand function vitalization by the application of a complex rehabilitation intervention program.

This paper presents a modeling tool, so-called X-ADD (X-window application Analysis & Design Diagram), which is useful for the understanding of existing X-window application program and the development of new X-window application software. This X-ADD tool is available for the X-window applications maintenance activities such as program understanding, and program analysis by the concept of reverse engineering. In addition, it supports the analysis and design for the new X-window application system development. Therefore, by the use of this tool, the visibility of the existing X-window application programs can be enhanced and modeling for the design of new X-window application systems can be easily made.
