  • The purpose of this study was to find out the relations between 6th graders' negative cognitive process and anger experience and aggressiveness. To achieve the goal, it conducted a test to examine children's negative cognitive process, anger experience, aggressiveness targeting 100 children of 6th grade in C elementary school, Gyeonggj province. Then it conducted SPSS 12.0 statistical program to get the results of correlation analysis and regression analysis. The outcomes were as follows. First, there was a meaningfully positive relation between a negative cognitive process and anger experience. In other words, children having more negative cognitive process seemed to experience the feelings of anger more often, this presented the important role of cognition while getting into a temper Second, it reported a positive relation between anger experience and aggressiveness. Children who have experienced anger more often showed more violent behaviors, especially there were more significant positive relations between trait-anger and aggressiveness compared to state-anger and aggressiveness. This could explain some possibilities that children with high level of trait-anger might outrage more often than others by recognizing the situations as anger stimulants. Third, when conducting a regression analysis, a negative cognitive process made an effect on anger experience which affected aggressiveness. However, it did not show a negative cognitive process making a direct effect on aggressiveness. This is considered that children could experience an anger while evaluating an event or object in a negative way based on individual belief, and emotional linguistic behavioral aggressiveness would be formalized as they express the sparked fury either internally or externally. In conclusion, this study proved that there were close relations between children's negative cognitive process and anger experience and aggressiveness. A negative cognitive process affects anger experience, and anger experience affects aggressiveness afterwards. A negative cognitive process affects aggressiveness through anger experience indirectly, and especially trait-anger among anger experience is the main factor to influence on aggressiveness. With consideration of these results, it is believed that mediation is important key to moderate the negative cognition and trait-anger in order to diminish children's aggressive behaviors. This study has a meaning to provide searching for manifold mediating methods between negative cognition and trait anger, with a fundamental resource.

  • There has been a considerable number of studies on aggressive behaviors and violences, but it is hard to find one that gives us clear and satisfactory answers with transparent conclusions. Juvenile aggressiveness seems to be caused by unsatisfied desire in the problematic situations and emotional instability. The aim of this study is to find out how emotional instability - especially mathematics anxiety - is correlated with aggressiveness and how aggressiveness affects mathematics proficiency, and thus to help students improve their academic proficiency by finding out appropriate measures to take in case of aggressive behaviors of students. Main tasks of this study are as follows : 1. To find out any correlation between aggressiveness of the experimental students and their mathematics proficiency. 2. Is there any correlation between aggressiveness and mathematics anxiety\ulcorner 3. Is there any correlation between aggressiveness and academic proficiency\ulcorner The conclusion of this study is as follows : 1. There are some negative correlations between the degree of mathematics anxiety and mathematics proficiency. This is mainly because negative emotional state developed from one's uneasiness for fear of failure disturbs one's learning process and thus weakens the will for achieving the task. 2. While aggressiveness doesn't show any significant correlations with academic proficiency, it does have some with mathematics anxiety.

  • The study employs the conceptual framework of the strategic success paradigm developed by Ansoff (1990). The strategic success paradigm denotes that optimal performance will be attained when the level of environmental turbulence is aligned with the strategic aggressiveness and organizational capability. Based on the paradigm, authors developed the concept of IT (information technology) aggressiveness (IT aggressiveness henceforth) and capability (IT capability henceforth). In order to clarify the different concept of IT aggressiveness and capability, the author brought the concept of IT architecture. The difference of capability and architecture lies in the depth of technical considerations. Where capability refers attitudinal aspects of managers, architecture emphasizes technical capacity of the organization as a whole. The study validated the need for alignment among IT architecture, environmental turbulence and IT aggressiveness. The imbalance between IT strategy and IT architecture (such as a higher level of IT aggressiveness but a lower level of IT architecture, or vice versa) has a marginal contribution to the organizational IT performance. The alignment among organizational environmental turbulence, IT aggressiveness, and IT architecture resulted in an optimal level of IT performance especially in a turbulent environment.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the causal relationship between depression and aggressiveness among adolescents. The 4-year longitudinal data collected from 2,670 4th grade elementary school students by the Korean Youth Panel study was used in this study. From the analysis result using the Autoregressive Cross-Lagged Model, the depression and aggressiveness in adolescents were continued from elementary school 4th grade to middle school 7th grade in significant stability. In addition, the previous aggressiveness turned out to have significant positive effect on the later period depression. Similarly, the previous depression had significant effect on the later aggressiveness, but the direction was negative. This means that the adolescents's depression increases as their aggressiveness increases, but as the depression increases, the later aggressiveness of the adolescents decreases. There were no differences between girls and boys within the relationship of these two variables. Finally, the implication derived from the results, the limitation of this study, and suggestion for following studies were presented.

The population of the study consists of all the quoted insurance firms as at 31st December, 2016. A sample of twenty eight (28) quoted insurance firms was selected and data were collected over the period. Inferential statistic consisting of the General Method of Moment was used for the data analysis.
