The Impact of Patient Satisfaction With Nursing Care Services, Switching Costs and Perceived Risk on Intention of Reuse in the Emergency Medical Center (응급의료센터 내원환자의 간호서비스 만족도, 전환비용 및 지각된 위험이 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the intention of the reuse in patients admitted in university hospital emergency medical center. Method: The participants were 253 patients admitted to a niversity hospital emergency medical center. Data were collected with self-administrated questionnaires and analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Patient satisfaction with nursing care service and switching cost were positively correlated with reuse by patients while the perceived risk was negatively correlated. As levels of satisfaction with nursing care services and switching cost increase, intention of reuse increases. Satisfaction with nursing care service, switching cost and perceived risk in emergency medical center influence intention to reuse and explain 68.8% of total variation of intention to reuse. Conclusion: Findings provide strong empirical evidence for importance of atient satisfaction with nursing care service, the switching costs and the perceived risk in explaining the intention of reuse an emergency medical center.

Optimization of Water-Reusing Network among the Industries in an Eco-Industrial Park Complex Using Water Pinch Technology (워터핀치기술을 이용한 생태산업단지 내 기업간 용수 재이용망 최적화)

  • An water-reuse network design has drawn attention as a systematic method of reducing fresh water usage and increasing water-using efficiency. The final goal of an eco-industrial park(EIP) is accomplishing industrial sustainability and constructing water-reuse network can be a solution. When designing water-reuse network connecting various processes which consume water, the water pinch technology can be used frequently, since it simultaneously minimize freshwater usage and wastewater discharge. In this research water pinch technology is applied to develop an effective water-reuse network in an EIP. Three scenarios based on different reusing strategies were developed. The results show that the final water-reuse network can reduce the total fresh water usage more than 30%, while the water expenses decrease by 20%. It can be concluded that water pinch technology is an effective tool to optimize water-reuse network among different industrial facilities.

The Influence of Prior Knowledge and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention in Korean Low Cost Carriers (국내 저비용항공사의 사전지식과 서비스품질이 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed at finding the ways to improve competitiveness of Korean low cost carriers in the highly competitive air transport market by understanding the relation among the influence of prior knowledge, service quality on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. The result of the research is as the following. At first, the influence of prior knowledge on customer satisfaction and reuse intention was statistically significant. The result indicates that customers who have much prior knowledge are more likely to be satisfied and to reuse. Secondly, the test for finding out the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and reuse intention was statistically significant also. Thirdly, the results revealed that customer satisfaction positively influenced reuse intension. The influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and reuse intention reached the same research result compared with the existing literature.

The Effect of Service Quality on the Reuse Intention of a Chatbot: Focusing on User Satisfaction, Reliability, and Immersion

  • This study examined the impact of chatbot service quality (process quality, outcome quality, and servicescape quality) on user satisfaction and reliability by identifying the relationships between user satisfaction, reliability, immersion, and the paths of three variables influencing reuse intention. The survey was conducted of Korean users in their teens and 70s who had experience using chatbot services. A total of 218 convenience samples were extracted and the data analyzed. By the IS success and SERVQUAL model, the results of structural equation modeling revealed that the chatbot service quality did not affect user satisfaction and reliability. However, user satisfaction and reliability of the chatbot services were shown to lead to reuse intention, and user satisfaction was shown to affect immersion and immersion in reliability. The results showed that satisfaction, reliability, and immersion in the chatbot services were important factors in the chatbot reuse intention. Through the satisfaction and reliability gained through the service, the users wanted to reuse the chatbot services, especially the chatbot services that gained reliability, which will have a greater impact on reuse intention. We can use these results as marketing information to attract loyal customers by identifying the reuse intention of the chatbot service users.

Support of Reuse in Backlog Refinement with Backlog Factoring (백로그 팩토링을 이용한 백로그 상세화에서 재사용의 지원)

  • There have been many efforts to find a new way to combine software reuse and agile software development methods. This paper studies the integration of software reuse techniques in agile methods, such as Scrum. Agile methods have the advantage of accepting frequent requirement changes, while software reuse reduces development time. Despite the rapid acceptance of the Scrum method in industry, not much emphasis has been placed on active reuse in the Scrum method, and most studies have focused on introducing agile practices into software product line engineering. However, the iterative development and backlog refinement activities of the Scrum method present the advantage of facilitating software reuse. In this paper, we identify sprint characteristics and components for reuse and suggest extended backlog refinement steps. Based on the results of this research, we integrate a backlog factoring technique into backlog refinement to support reuse in agile methods. In addition, we apply the proposed technique and demonstrate a prototype of product backlog reuse in backlog refinement for an Internet shopping mall application.

  • The reuse of software is to use the components of software to be made beforehand to improve the productivity of it. The development of electronic commerce requires it which can be shown from changing the change of business models Reuse is the necessary solution to cope with a rapid change in the electronic commercial transaction. These reuse business models have the defects that they are not offered from version management. This paper has the purpose that by doing the supplementation of defects not to be offered from the version management and by introducing the quick change management about reuse business models, reusing the components and saving a development and reducing a development af period. The reuse of components by the new reuse business models has the advantages to minimize the danger elements from the design to the finish. We use the version management and try to present the method to make the efficiency of reuse by introducing components and managing the elements about components to the version in the technique to accomplish the reuse of software.

The Effects of Chatbot Service Quality, Trust, and Satisfaction on Chatbot Reuse Intention and Store Reuse Intention

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of chatbot service quality, chatbot trust, and chatbot satisfaction on chatbot reuse intention and store reuse intention. Research design, data, and methodology: We reviewed the literature on domestic and international chatbots, established hypotheses, and analyzed them. We empirically analyzed the process model in which chatbot service quality (interaction quality, information quality) has a positive effect on chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction, and that chatbot trust and satisfaction positively affect chatbot reuse intention and store reuse intention. A survey was conducted on 212 people who had used shopping mall chatbots and financial service chatbots after demonstrating the shopping mall chatbot video. Structural equation modeling was conducted by using AMOS 24.0 to test the proposed relationships. Results: As a result of the empirical analysis, the effects of interaction quality on chatbot trust and information quality on chatbot satisfaction were not supported, but the rest of the hypotheses were statistically significant. It was found that the information quality of chatbot service had a positive effect on chatbot trust, but did not significantly affect chatbot satisfaction. In addition, the interaction quality of the chatbot positively affects the satisfaction of the chatbot, but it does not significantly affect the trust of the chatbot. Chatbot trust was found to have a positive effect on chatbot satisfaction. Chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction were found to have a positive influence on the intention to reuse the chatbot. And, chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction were found to have a positive influence on store reuse intention. Conclusions: The findings of this study offer significant theoretical and managerial contributions in the context of chatbot. Chatbots should enhance customer contact quality management from the perspective of total customer experience management rather than partial function. When providing a chatbot service, it is more desirable to give priority to providing accurate information to increase trust, and at the same time to improve customer satisfaction by increasing the quality of interaction. And in order to increase the competitive advantage of companies, the purpose of introducing chatbots should be clarified and approached strategically.

  • In this study, It classified type of irrigation water development in islands district. As result, the types which were type of reservior, fleshwater lake, pumped storage, ets. Most of islands district has developed reuse irrigation system as a pumped storage system. But, Irrigation water-reuse ratio doesn't define a basis clearly and the value of measurement for water-reuse ratio doesn't exist so far. so, we measured Irrigation water-reuse to clarify for water-reuse ratio in a pumped storage system.

Applying Software Reuse to Improve Software Quality and Productivity

  • The cause of software crisis is that software quality and productivity can not meet the requirement of software market. In order to resolve the software crisis, there are many approaches to be proposed. Software reuse is one of the high potential approaches to improve software quality and productivity. Some high-tech countries (like USA, Japan) have proposed and studied the topics of software reuse in 1970 and got several results. In software development procedure, the products of detailed design and implement phases are simple, definite and suitable for reuse. In this paper, the necessary documents of reusable software component will be proposed, and how to select and evaluate the software components with high reuse potential and high quality will be discussed and recommended.

  • Software development of large scale program such as Operating System or University Total Information System is lengthy and costly process. In order to reduce cost, time and risk, there is currentry general acceptance of the need for Software Reuse System during the whole development cycles. In this paper, (from a practical point of view), the problem of existing reuse system methodology is analyzed and an implement method of software reuse system is presented. Also using this method Application Program Reuse System(APRS) which supports all phase of software life cycles is designed and implemented. This application program reuse system which is based on common language is considerably shown to reduce communication Error of requirement specification between systems analyst and end-user.
