Implementation of the Container ISO Code Recognition System for Real-Time Processing (실시간 처리를 위한 컨테이너 ISO코드 인식시스템의 구현)

  • This paper describes system to extract ISO codes in container image. A container ISO code recognition system for real-time processing is made of 5 core parts which are container ISO code detection and image acquisition, ISO code region extraction, individual character extraction, character recognition and database. Among them, the accuracy of ISO code extraction can affect significantly the accuracy of system recognition rate, and also the more exact extraction of ISO code is required in various weather and environment conditions. The proposed system produces binary of the ISO code's template lesions using an adaptive thresholding, extracts candidate regions containing distribution of ISO code, and recognizes ISO codes as detecting a final region through the verifications by using character distribution characteristics of ISO code among the extracted candidates. Experimental results reveal that ISO codes can be efficiently extracted by the proposed method.

Highly Flexible and Transparent ISO/Ag/ISO Multilayer Grown by Roll-to-roll Sputtering System

  • We have investigated the highly flexible and transparent Si-doped $In_2O_3$(ISO)/Ag/ISO multilayer grown on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates using a roll-to-roll sputtering system. The electrical and optical properties of ISO/Ag/ISO multilayer electrodes depended on the insertion of a nano-size Ag layer. Due to the high conductivity of a nano-size Ag layer, the optimized ISO/Ag/ISO multilayer electrodes showed the lowest resistivity of $3.679{\times}10^{-5}Ohm-cm$, even though the ISO/Ag/ISO multilayer electrodes was sputtered at room temperature. Furthermore, the ISO/Ag/ISO multilayer electrodes exhibited a high transmittance of 86.33%, because of the anti-reflection effect, comparable to Sn-doped $In_2O_3$ (ITO) electrodes. In addition, the ISO/Ag/ISO multilayer electrodes had a very smooth surface morphology without surface defects and showed good flexibility. The flexible OSCs fabricated on ISO(30nm)/Ag(8nm)/ISO(30nm) multilayer electrode showed a power conversion efficiency of 3.272%. This result indicates that the ISO/Ag/ISO multilayer is a promising transparent conducting electrode for flexible OSCs.

  • ISO 9000 is a series of several standards(ISO 8402, 9000, 9001, 9002, 9003, 9004,...). ISO 9000 is a standard explaining fundamental concepts, defining important terms, and providing guidance for selecting among the other standards. ISO 9001, the most comprehensive standard to ensure quality in design, development, production, installation, and servicing. ISO 9002 is used to assure conformance to specification, installation and servicing. ISO 9003 has the least requirement among three standards and applies to inspection and final testing. ISO 9004 is a standard developed for internal use only and not applicabe to contractual arrangements. In this paper, quality system requirements for ISO 9000 series are also specified.

Effects of iso-Butanol on Photosynthetic Electron Transport Activity in Isolated Spinach Chloroplasts (시금치(Spinacia oleracea L.) 엽록체의 광합성 전자전달 활성에 미치는 iso-Butanol의 영향)

  • The effect of iso-butanol on the electron transport rate of PS I and PS II was investigated in isolated spinach chloroplasts. In photosystem I, the rate of electron transport increased in the presence of 1 to 4% of isobutanol but decreased in 5 to 9% of iso-butanol. But in photosystem II, the rate of electron transport decreased when treated with 0.2 to 1% of iso-butanol. The inhibitory effect of isomers of butanol on PS II electron transport rate increased in the order of 2-butanol, tert-butanol, iso-butanol and I-butanol. This means that PS II activity was affected according to the arrangement of carbon atoms in butanol. The inhibitory effect of iso-butanol reduced when DPC was added in the solution. This means that iso-butanol affects PS II reduction side of thylakoid membrane primarily. The inhibitory effect of iso-butanol was reduced when $Mn^{2+},\;C^{2+}$ or BSA were added in the solution. PS II activity was restored when 1% iso-butanol treated chloroplast solution was diluted to twentyfold or when $Mn^{2+},\;C^{2+}$ or BSA was added to the diluted solution. However, the SDS-PAGE banding pattern of thylakoid membrane proteins was similar even in 2% iso-butanol treated chloroplasts and the control ones. Only in 5% iso-butanol treated chloroplasts these bands were very weak. These observations suggest that low concentrations of iso-butanol releases manganese and calcium ions from chloroplasts and inhibits the electron transport system. This inhibitory effect can be reversible in low concenterations but in high concentrations the inhibitory effect of iso-butanol become irreversible.rsible.

  • Despite a long tradition and rich discussion of thesaurus construction, more research is needed to make standards for thesaurus construction applicable to practice. Recently, in order to reflect changing information technology environment, and provide consistency of terms and abbreviations of standards, ISO committee has been planning to publish ISO 25964. Therefore, the study introduces ISO 25964, reveals main focal points of ISO 25964, and finally discusses suggestions to improve ISO 25964. The study employs qualitative content analysis of ISO 25964, ISO 2788: 1986, and ANSI/NISO Z39.19 - 2005.

  • ISO family와 CMMI는 조직의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 표준과 지침을 제공한다. ISO 9001은 품질경영 시스템에 관한 표준인 반면 CMMI는 프로세스 개선을 위한 모델이다. ISO 인증 조직은 지속적인 프로세스 개선을 위하여 CMMI를 적용할 필요가 있다. 그러나 용어나 적용 범위 및 내용의 상세함 등의 차이로 인해, ISO 인증 조직이 CMMI를 도입함에 있어서 어려움이 따른다. 이 논문에서는 ISO 인증 조직이 효과적으로 CMMI를 도입하기 위한 모델을 제안한다. 먼저 ISO 9001:2000의 요구사항과 CMMI 실행지침 사이의 관계를 기준에 따라 일대일 관계로 대응시킨다. 그런 후 CMMI 실행지침들을 ISO 9001:2000 용어와 형식으로 바꾸어 ISO 9001:2000 요구사항과 통합한 모델을 만든다. 이러한 모델은 ISO 조직에게 기존 자산과 새롭게 도입해야 할 사항을 통합 모델을 가지고 차이 분석(Gap Analysis)을 통해 보다 용이하게 식별할 수 있게 도움을 줄 것이다.

  • The International Organization for Standardization(ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. Through ISO Technical Committees(TC), various International Standards are being carried out. Each member body interested in a subject for which a TC has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electro-technical Commission(IEC) on all matters of electro-technical standardization. ISO established the ISO 9000 Family standard in 1987, and International Standard ISO 9000-3 was worked by ISO/TC 176, Quality management and quality assurance, Subcommittee 2(SC 2), Quality systems, in accordance with the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 3: 1997 Rules for the structure and drafting of International Standards, Many organizations have applied the ISO 9000-3 for their quality system standard in the software sector. That means that ISO 9000-3: 1991 and ISO 9000-3: 1997 have been used successfully by the software industry as the internationally accepted interpretation of ISO 9001 for the development and maintenance of computer software. Additionally ISO 9000-3: 1997 involved how the software life cycle processes defined in ISO/IEC 12207: 1995, Information Technology - Software Life Cycle Processes related to the requirements of ISO 9001:1994. After having performed full reviews of the WD3, CD1, CD2 and DIS drafts of the future ISO 9001:2000, this document will partly replace the part of ISO 9000-3: 1997 for measurement analysis and improvement of quality management system in computer software industry, as an interpretation for organizations and certification bodies, which will be withdrawn when ISO 9001:1994 is replaced by ISO 9001:2000,.

The Common Level of ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO/IEC 20000 (ISO/IEC 15504 (소프트웨어 프로세스심사) 표준과 ISO/IEC 20000 (ITSM) 공통 수준)

  • 국제표준화 기구인 ISO에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 능력 향상을 위한 ISO/IEC 15504 표준과 IT 서비스 관리를 위만 표준인 ISO/IEC 20000 표준을 개발해오고 있다. 소프트웨어를 개발하고 서비스를 제공하는 기업에서는 이 두 개의 표준을 통합하여 하나의 "표준 프로세스" 로 정의하여 사용하여야 한다. 이 두 표준을 통합하여 기업이 하나의 표준 프로세스를 만들기 위해서는 먼저 두 표준의 공통된 부분을 찾고, 공통되지 않은 부분을 더해 하나의 체계로 만드는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 두 표준의 비교가 우선되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 프로세스 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 15504 part 5를 중심으로 IT 서비스 국제표준 ISO/IEC 20000 part 2를 비교해서 두 표준간의 공통적인 프로세스를 도출하고, 이 비교에서 ISO/IEC 20000을 기준으로, ISO/IEC 15504가 ISO/IEC 20000의 내용을 어느 정도 포함하고 있는지를 분석하였다.

  • 1987년 최초의 ISO 9000 (품질경영시스템) 패밀리 규격이 발행된 이래, 기업의 경영 시스템(Management System)의 핵심이 되는 MS 규격으로서 QMS(ISO 9001), EMS(ISO 14001), ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) 등이 발행 또는 개정되어 왔다. 또 QMS 섹터 규격인 항공 우주 (AS/EN 9100), 의료기기 (ISO 13485), 정보통신 (TL 9000), ITSMS(ISO 20000), FSMS (ISO 22000), SCSMS (ISO 28000) 등이나 새로운 MS 규격이 되는 GHG(ISO 14064), IPOCM(ISO/PAS 22399), SR(ISO/CD 26000) 등 ISO 또는 비ISO 의 MS 규격이 차례차례로 발행 또는 개발 중에 있어 경영시스템 인증은 더욱 더 광범위해지면서 다방면화, 섹터화의 경향을 나타내고 있다. 제품 및 서비스 무역의 글로벌화, 조달 및 투자의 비 지역화, 공공 서비스에 대한 규제 철폐, 소비자 및 환경보호에 대한 공적인 요구, 테러리즘 전염병 자연적인 재앙에 대한 국제적인 연대 책임에 대한 필요성, 새로운 기술과 혁신의 전개 등이 경영 시스템 인증에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있으며, 그 전제로서 세계적 규모로 제도의 신뢰성을 확보하는 구조의 확립 및 활동 결과의 신뢰가 보증되는 체제가 구축되어 있어야 한다. 이러한 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 제3자 인증제도는 세계경제의 원활한 발전에 중요한 과제가 되고 있다.
