Study on Construction-Standard-Production-Rate for Waterproof Work Based on Site Construction Status (현장시공실태에 따른 방수공사 표준품셈 개정 연구)

  • Development of waterproof methods and materials resulted in the huge changes in waterproof construction materials. In consequence, the construction-standard-production-rate underwent overall revision in 2018. Especially, from the development of the specification standard and construction methods, the waterproof construction which had lower applicability in the existing construction production rate was revised. The construction methods which did not have applicability were removed. In addition, as there was a material difference based on parts, the constructionstandard-production-rate was revised by distinguishing vertical part and floor. Furthermore, by suggesting more clear work extent, the practicability in creating the standard for calculation of the estimated price in the construction field will increase.

  • This study analyzed the major revision factors and revision contents for 'Construction-Standard-Production-Rate for Construction Works in 2018. Part 16. Pipe Laying Down and Connection" which was revised by the construction expense estimation standard's middle and long-term plans. The main reasons for the revision was analyzed to be unclear construction scope, limitations in applicable pipe material based on the facility type, labor force mainly composed of ordinary workers, limitations of labor force, and incomplete appropriation standard for the tool rent fee and equipment expenses. Through revision of factors, common items were newly established, organization was revised, the labor force was mainly composed of the technicians, and basis for appropriation of equipment expenses was arranged. In addition, through periodic revision, the appropriation standard for bend and special pipes was set. Consequently, more practical construction cost estimate standard is arranged through revision.

  • Standard production unit system has been used as accumulated standard for the cost estimation of public construction projects. However, it is difficult to estimate reasonable cost due to adaptation of a uniform standard and reflect changes in the technology. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improvement of standard production unit system through the identifying problems and analysing its influence on enactment and/or revision work of standard production unit system.

  • 본 논문에서는 국가 경제성장률과 국내 전기공사실적 증가률에 대한 상관관계를 비교분석하였으며, 연간 전기공사 실적에 대한 항목별 구성비율 중 노무비가 차지하는 비율을 분석하였다. "국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령 및 시행규칙"과 회계예규인 "예정가격 작성기준"에 근거하여 원가계산에 의한 전기공사 예정가격 산정의 기초자료로 활용되는 전기부문 표준품셈 체계개편이 전기공사업에 미치는 영향을 최근 발주된 대형공사에 체계개편 전과 체계개편 후 공사금액을 비교하여 종합적으로 분석하였다.

  • Construction Standard Production Unit system(CSPU) is used for estimating the cost of public construction projects. However, It is questionable if the reliability and/or authenticity of the system is acceptable due to the lack of consistent enactment and/or revision procedures. This study identifies operational conditions and issues relative to using daily work report as a data collection method for enacting and/or revising CSPU system, and establishes the measures for improving the daily work report. The standard format of the daily work report proposed by this paper is established by obtaining and reflecting expert opinions from construction field engineers and/or managers. This study contributes to improve the authenticity of operational data obtained from daily work report.

  • This study analyzes existing condition of standard estimating system in Korea and suggests improvement directions of it. In order to do it, a comparison for reinforced concrete work has been performed among standard estimating system, RSMeans, and real project data. Standard estimating system provides basic productivity data in domestic construction industry for public projects, and it shows labor quantity for each work item listed. Labor quantity is the basis for calculating construction cost and productivity in a construction project. However, standard estimating system's labor quantity shows a large difference from the actual required. Furthermore, construction project requires categorized items for many works, but standard estimating system does not sufficiently provides them. Thus, for many items that are not on the standard estimating system list, one has to apply another rule that may not be standardized. Therefore, it is suggested that standard estimating system should reflect more categorized work items and realistic production rates.
