  • 본 연구는 한국어 학습자 작문의 자동 평가 시스템 개발의 일환으로, 자동 평가 결과에 대한 설명과 근거가 될 수 있는 평기 기준 범주를 선정하기 위한 데이터 구축과 선정 방법을 제시한다. 작문의 평가 기준의 영역과 항목은 평가체계에 대한 이론적 연구에 따라 다양하다. 이러한 평가 기준은 자동 평가에서는 식별되기 어려운 경우도 있고, 각각의 평가 기준이 적용되는 작문 오류의 범위도 다양하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 자동 평가 기준 선정의 문제는 다양한 평가 기준에 중 하나를 선정하는 분류의 문제로 보고, 학습데이터를 구축, 기계학습을 통해 자동 작문 평가에 효과적인 평가 기준을 선정 가능성을 제시한다.

  • 정보보호시스템을 평가하기 위한 기준은 보안기능 요구사항 및 보증요구 사항으로 이루어진다 본고에서는 미국의 TCSEC(Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria)과 유럽의 ITSEC(Information Technology Security Evaluation Criteria) 국제표준 (SIO/IEC 15408) 으로 제정된 CC(Common Criteria for Information Technology Secuirty Evaluation)의 보안 기능 요구사항을 비교, 분석하고 국내에서 개발된 침입차단시스템과 침입탐지시스템 평가기준, 현재개발중인 사용자인증용 스마트카드 평가기준의 보안기능 요구사항을 소개한다.

  • This study investigated the purpose and role of class evaluation standards and the reason to develop these teaching standards using literature review, survey, classroom observation and teacher interviews. Based on the teachers’opinion, we also investigated who should develop teaching standards and who will benefit most from the standards. In sum, the standards for teaching evaluation should help to form (a) the guidelines for beginners, (b) the directives for specialists, (c) the principles for grasping areas for improvements, and (d) the means for communicating with other communities. In addition, teachers should take responsibility for developing teaching standards as the basis for evaluating their own work and improving their own professional learning to provide quality assurance. The development of subject specific teaching standards is not possible without active participation of teachers as well as other stakeholders in education.

  • 오늘날 전세계를 하나로 잇는 정보화사회는 보다 신뢰성 있는 네트워크 보안제품을 요구하며 이들 제품을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 평가기준을 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 네트워크 보안제품 관련 평가기준(안) 제정을 위해 국제공통평가기준인 CC(Common Criteria)와 미국의 네트워크 보안제품 관련 평가기준인 TNI(Trusted Network Interpretation of TCSEC)를 비교/분석하여 필요한 보안기능 요구사항을 도출하여 향후 평가기준(안) 제정을 위한 방향성을 제시한다.

  • When the Common Criteria(CC) for security system evaluation was put up, and the coming into the CCRA is promoted, the interest to the Evaluation Assurance Level(EAL) is greatly increasing. In this paper, via the comparison between the evaluation level of the exiting process evaluation criteria and the EAL of CC, the characteristics of the EAL of the CC are noted.

  • 본 논문에서는, 퍼지 클러스터의 수가 증가함에 따라 나타나는 퍼지 클러스터링 타당성 평가 기준의 단조 감소 현상을 억제하는 새로운 퍼지 클러스터링 타당성 평가 기준을 제시한다. 또한, 제시된 평가 기준의 성질을 조사하고 기존의 퍼지 클러스터링 타당성 평가 기준과의 차이점에 대하여 논한다. 마지막으로, 퍼지 크러스터링에 자주 인용되는 몇 가지 전형적인 자료에 대한 모의 실험을 통하여 제시된 평가 기준의 효용성을 보인다.

  • This study is to conduct the basic study for the achievement and assessment standards for the subject of 'Human Development' and 'Food and Nutrition', which are the curricula of Vocational Home Economics High Schools. These two subjects were newly adopted in the Vocational study Section of the 2005 College Entrance Examinations. In other words, this study is to provide the basic data for implementing the quality education based on the proper assessment of the curricula. For this purpose. this study analyzed the character & objective of 'Human Development' and 'Food and Nutrition'. Secondly. through the theoretical review for the concept & necessity of absolute evaluation standards. this study ensures the concept of achievement and assessment standards. and also designs the developing measures (including procedures). The achievement standards were developed by the following 5 step procedures. (1) Analyzing the objectives & contents of curricula. (2) Designating the development field of achievement standards (3) Developing the achievement standards. (4) The assessment of achievement standards. (5) Confirming the achievement standards. The assessment standards were developed by the following 5 step procedures. (1) Analyzing the achievement standards, (2) Designating the assessment field (3) Developing the assessment standards (4) Evaluating the assessment standards (5) Confirming the assessment standards Thirdly, this study suggested the exemplary achievement standards and assessment standards for the subject of Human Development, Food and Nutrition. Future study needs some critical review for the method of developing achievement and assessment standards for the subject of Human Development, Food and Nutrition. For example. the properness of 'Contents Element' which was designated as the developing field in the achievement standards, the discussion on validity of Contents Element abstract. the base of evaluating classification in terms of low, middle and high level, and other things should be considered through critical discussion. Especially the follow-up study should include the development of various evaluating methods to enable the clear communication for the achievement and assessment standards based on abstract concept and theory, thereby it could enable the actual interpretation and practical use.

Review for Evaluation Criteria for the Establishment of Conservation Areas in Korea (한국에서 적용가능한 보전지역 평가기준에 대한 고찰)

  • The purpose of the present study is to prepare the conservation category to establish the Natural Ecosystem Conservation Area(NECA) in Korea. The authors prepared the conservation category for the NECA based on the previous relevant papers and reports. This draft of conservation category was examined by way of the case study. From this, the possible factors are introduced to prepare the final conservation category that can be applied directly in Korean situation for the conservation of natural areas. The present conservation category was prepared based on the possible data, while some factors of which do not possess the adequate raw data at the moment was removed. According to the reference analyses from the previous conservation categories reported in order to prepare the conservation category in the NECA, a total of 27 factors was assessed; 21 for rarity and 15 fur utility and diversity, 13 far size, for both naturalness and human influence, 13 for typicalness 12 and 10 for fragility. From the literature reviews, the categories which quantitatively assessed was 13: 9 for rarity, 8 far human influence, and 5 for size. From the 27 conservation categories assessed, the factors such as rarity, taxonomic distinctiveness and threat was regarded as applicable to the Korean situation. Furthermore, the criteria such as use could be applied further when this is supported by the augmentative research and field studies.

  • This study is to develope the usability evaluation criteria for improving quality of user services in digital library website. It compared and analyzed major eight studies concerning usability evaluation of library website in foreign and domestic. This paper was suggested 36 items of evaluation criteria that are belongs to six domain(quality of links, feedback mechanism, accessibility, design, navigation and searching). Usability evaluation criteria for digital library websites suggested in this paper is a item-based level, and to observe generally.

  • 국외의 경우엔 일찍부터 컴퓨터 시스템 평가기준이 제정되어 활용중이나 국내의 경우엔 아직 평가기준이 없는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 정보시스템의 보안 요구사항과 보증 요구사항을 바탕으로 리눅스 기반 PC의 보안성 평가기준을 제안하고자 한다. 평가등급은 KL(Korea Linux)1, KL2, KL3 등의 3등급으로 분류하였다. 제안된 평가기준은 오픈 소스기반의 리눅스를 이용하여 보안기능을 강화한 운영체제 개발방향을 제시하였고, 보안 시스템 구축의 방향 및 보안표준에 대한 복잡한 문제를 줄였다. 또한 국제공통평가기준(CC : Common Criteria)의 보안기능부분과 보증부분을 거의 수용함으로써, 외국의 보안성 평가기준과 상호 운용이 가능하다.
