  • This study examined the impact of smart factory's quality factors on the intention to accept Advance Smart Factory(ASF) by mediating Perceived Value(PV) and Smart Factor Performance(SFP) of domestic SMEs that had introduced smart factor. As a result, First, Information Quality(IQ) and Service Quality(SQ) had a significant positive impact on Perceived Value(PV). Second, System Quality(SysQ), IQ, and SQ had a significant positive impact on SFP. Third, PV had a significant positive impact on intention to ASF, and PV and SFP had a significant positive impact on the intention to accept ASP. Also, PV had a mediating effect between SysQ, IS and Perfromance, and PV and Performance had a moderation between SQ and ASF. These results could provide one implication to SMEs that are taking into account to improve their smart factor to be advanced.

  • 최근 에어비앤비나 우버와 같은 협력적 소비 기반의 비즈니스모델을 가진 공유경제가 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 공유경제에 대한 개념을 정의하고, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 경제적, 기능적, 경험적, 사회적 가치를 포함한 4가지 지각된 가치와 주관적 규범, 이미지, 사회적 임계점을 구성하는 3가지 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 신뢰와 사회적 규범, 네트워크와 사회구조를 포함한 사회적자본의 조절효과에 관심을 두고 있다. 가설을 검증하고자 온라인과 오프라인에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 변수별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 사회적자본의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 위계적인 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 지각된 가치 중 경제적, 경험적 가치는 공유경제 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적인 회귀분석의 결과에서 사회적자본은 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향의 공유경제 이용의도 관계에 있어 조절적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지각된 가치를 통합적 분석, 기존 공유경제 연구에서 자주 다뤄지지 않았던 사회적 영향과 사회적자본의 요인을 다룬 점에 의미가 있지만, 설문조사 결과의 한계가 있었기에 향후 새로운 연구 방향성을 제시할 수 있다.

Relationships between Service Quality, Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Loyalty -A Case of IhoTewoo Festival in Jeju- (지역축제의 서비스품질, 지각된 가치, 만족, 충성도의 영향 관계 -제주이호테우축제를 사례로-)

  • The purposes of this study are to identify the relationships between service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty for IhoTewoo festival through a structural equation model. This study was conducted by means of survey questionnaire of festival visitors with 348 responses. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the exploratory factor analysis with principal component method of the 19 service quality items identified four underlying domains. These dimensions were labelled: (1) 'program', (2) 'informational service', (3) 'festival area', and (4) 'food'. Second, service quality has a significantly positive effect on perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. Third, Perceived value has a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, both perceived value and satisfaction have significantly positive effects on loyalty. Fifth, Although the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty was evident, it was also found that the indirect effects of service quality through perceived value and/or overall satisfaction were stronger. Thus, customer loyalty will be stronger when service quality is matched with perceived value and/or overall satisfaction, meaning that multiple factors play a significant role in determining customer loyalty.

The Effects of Marketing Mix Strategies on Perceived Value and Loyalty in Korean Restaurants (한식 레스토랑의 마케팅 믹스 전략이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • To adapt to the constant change in the foodservice industry, dietary life is not only evolving variously and complicatedly, but eating-out styles are also changing fast. In this reality, this study is intended to examine the effects of marketing mix strategies on perceived value and loyalty in Korean restaurants. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to total 300 customers of Korean restaurants in Seoul from June 11 to June 30, 2013. The results were as follows. First, service experience, price and store image in Korean restaurants had a positive effect on the perceived value. Second, price, advertisement and store image in Korean restaurants had a positive effect on the loyalty. Third, the perceived value had a significant positive effect on the loyalty. As stated above, service experience, price and store image, and price, advertisement and store image in Korean restaurants had an effect on the perceived value and the loyalty, respectively. Also, the perceived value had an effect on the loyalty. Consequently, these factors are very useful as marketing mix strategies in Korean restaurants.

  • The main purpose of this study is to find out how perceived risk elements influence to customer's perceived value and repurchase intention in the electronic commerce environment. To achieve the goal, we set 6 sub-dimension - privacy risk, social risk, time lose risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk - based on comprehensive consideration of related studies, and established a research model included 2 factors such as perceived value and repurchase intention to measure performance in internet shopping malls. From 174 customers of the electronic commerce shopping malls survey data have been collected and analyzed based on the covariance structural model method. Firstly, four perceived risk characteristics of privacy risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk are significant effect on perceived value. Secondly, perceived value is very significantly related to repurchase intention in electronic commerce shopping malls. Consequently, we discussed the strategies to create perceived value and repurchase intention in electronic commerce environment. Also, we suggested the implications and further research directions.

  • This study investigates the antecedents of continuance intention of mobile SNS. In addition, it also explores the mediating role of perceived value in the relationship between the antecedent and continuance intention. This study posits that a social influence, perceived usefulness, privacy concern, and a perceived effort of use are major factors to influence continuance intention of SNS. By using a PLS analysis, this finding suggests that consumers' perception of the value of SNS which is previously overlooked, is a primary determinant of continuance intention, and the other exploratory factors are mediated through perceived value in cognitive aspect. This research aims to examine consumer's SNS continuance intention in terms of consumer's perspective, not just from the technology user perspective. Therefore, this research provides a useful guideline for marketing managers on how to manage Mobile SNS properly.

  • With the recent revitalization of the shared economy, bike-sharing services are gaining huge popularity in the bicycle sector. Bike-sharing services are characterized by reducing environmental pollution and borrowing bicycles at low prices. This study investigated the mechanisms for the formation of customer's continuance intention toward bike-sharing services. The theoretical framework clarified the role of perceived value and trust in enhancing customer's continuance intention. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment are considered as the vital factors of enhancing perceived value and trust in a service provider. The research model was validated by data from 217 bike-sharing users in China. Both perceived value and trust in a service provider had a significant impact on user's continuance intention. However, the analysis results showed that perceived usefulness does not have a significant impact on both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment played a significant role in enhancing both perceived value and trust in a service provider. Our results are expected to provide academic and practical implications for bike-sharing services.

  • The purpose of this study is to The exhibition's service quality was divided into three factors: event content, publicity, and empathy. First, the exhibition's service quality had positive effects on visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction. Visitors' perceived value also showed a positive effect on their overall satisfaction. Second, each of visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction had positive effects on their loyalty. Third, in effect decomposition, the total effect of the exhibition's service quality on visitors' perceived value was largest, followed by the service quality's total effect on their overall satisfaction and the service quality's total effect on their loyalty in order. In addition, statistically significant total effects were found between visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction, as well as between visitors' perceived value and loyalty. As a result, mediating effects such as visitors' overall satisfaction had a positive contribution. Accordingly, statistically significant effects were confirmed in the relationships between all endogenous and exogenous variables.

  • This research has analyzed the influence of Yeosu Expo's service quality on emotion, perceived value and satisfaction. First of all, the Yeosu Expo's service quality scale was composed with five types of levels : exhibition contents, quality of performance, human service, approach convenience and necessary expense. As the result of influence analysis, exhibition contents, quality of performance and necessary expense had significant influence on attendee's positive emotion. Exhibition contents, necessary expense and approach convenience to approach showed significant influence in perceived value, and necessary expense related to the expo had the highest influence among the three values. Also, the attendee's positive emotion and perceived value towards service from expo was analyzed to have satisfactorily significant influence.
