If the correct structure of Web site is known, the information provider can discover users# behavior patterns and characteristics for better services, and users can find useful information easily and exactly. There may be some difficulties, however, to extract the exact structure of Web site because documents one the Web tend to be changed frequently. This paper proposes new method for extracting such Web structure automatically. The method consists of two phases. The first phase extracts the hyperlinks among Web documents, and then constructs a directed graph to represent the structure of Web site. It has limitations, however, to discover the hyperlinks in Flash and Java Applet. The second phase is to find such hidden hyperlinks by using Web access log. It fist extracts the click streams from the access log, and then extract the hidden hyperlinks by comparing with the directed graph. Several experiments have been conducted to evaluate the proposed method.

최근 들어 스마트 기기의 확대로 인해 생활환경에 큰 변화가 나타나기 시작했다. 특히 스마트 기기를 활용하여 언제 어디서든지 업무를 지속할 수 있는 스마트워크 환경에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 국내 스마트워크 연구는 초기 단계에 머물러 있으며, 스마트워크 환경에 접근하는 디바이스에 대한 보안 연구 또한 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 환경에서 업무 지속성을 위해 접근되는 디바이스의 안전한 접근을 위한 디바이스 인증 기법을 제안한다.

There are many e-showing mall because of revitalization of e-commerce system. It is necessary to recommending system of products that is for saving time and effort of customer. In this paper, we propose the system that is applying classification among data mining techniques to analysis of log data of customer. This log data contains access of user and purchasing of products. The proposed system operates in two phases. The first phase is composed of data filter module and association extraction module among web pages. The second phase is composed of personalization module and rule generation module. Customer can easily know the recommended sites because the proposed system can present rank of the recommended web pages to customer. As a result, the proposed system can efficiently do recommending of products to customer.

Current seismic design philosophy for reinforced concrete (RC) structures on energy dissipation through large inelastic defomations. A nonlinear dynamic analysis which is used to represent this behavior is time consuming and expensive, particularly if the computations have to be repeated many times. Therefore, the selection of an efficient yet accurate alogorithm becomes important. The main objective of the present study is to propose a new technique herein called the prediction approach with siffness measure (PASM) method in the convetional direct integration methods, the triangular decomposition of matrix is required for solving equations of motion in every time step or every iteration. The PASM method uses a limited number of predetermined decomposed effective matrices obtained from stiffness states of the structure when it is deformed into the nonlinear range by statically applied cyclic loading. The method to be developed herein will reduce the overall numerical effort when compared to approaches which recompute the stiffness in each time step or iteration.

Standing up from a supine and prone position is very important for physical independence. All kinds of patients have a bed rest or lying on floor without special care. Even though the patient had complete from illness. He must train the functional activities before discharge. There are many method for the functional activity training. Likewise, sing of reflex, voluntary movement for muscle strength increasing, but clinically ideal method is approaching with motor developmental stage. Supine and prone progression of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation have a ideal reason. That is reflex integratation, development of muscle tone, develop of motor control, dynamic and static, motor behavior and cognition.

본 연구는 u-City에서 제공하는 u-서비스의 새로운 수익모델 창출을 위한 접근 방안으로 사용자 중심의 접근을 시도 했으며 u-서비스에 사용자가 부여하는 가치에 중점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 사용자가 부여한 가치의 확장을 통해 새로운 서비스 또는 수익모델 창출의 기회를 발굴하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 사용자가 부여하는 1차적인 가치는 서비스와 관련된 다양한 가치로 그 의미가 확장될 수 있었다. 확장된 가치를 근간으로 기존에 고려하지 못한 새로운 서비스와 수익모델을 발굴할 수 있는 기회를 포착할 수 있었다. u-서비스의 수익모델 창출을 위한 새로운 접근 방안으로써 사용자 가치에 대한 고려는 실질적으로 서비스를 사용할 사용자에 기초한 관점으로 사용자 중심의 u-서비스 개발 및 수익모델 발굴에 중요한 연구가 될 것이라 생각된다.

This study look into the 3 stages which is distinguished by the usage of human in Man-Kyeong river. 'A nature based usage stage' is acknowledge the river itself and used only the tributary and built reservoir in a small scale from ancient to 1910s. 'A human based usage stage' is built the large scale reservoir at upper stream area and make the artificial waterway from 1920s. And the main stream is remodeled to protect the flood and get the agricultural land. 'A human and nature integration stage' is the main stream has a role not only the spill way but also clean water for inhabitants does together with river. The role and meaning of river is given newly. The development of technique and increase the need of the human is required the change in the role and meaning of river. The river is natural existence as it is, but the meaning and role is given by the human. Also it accompanied the change of the landscape in neighbor region. The natural river is controled the human life in the past, but it changed to social existence which is given the role and meaning by the human now.

This study explores the way to enhance research performance focusing basic and fundamental technology when researchers conduct international joint research with counterparts in foreign countries, funded under the National R&D programs. In order to retain validity and objectivity, mixed approaches including qualitative and quantitative are adapted at the first step. Through this step, main factors affecting the research performance can be addressed, such as the number of SCI papers published, conference attendance held both in domestic and foreign countries, researchers holding PhD involving in projects. Then, at the second step, DEA methodology is applied to explore the way to enhance research performance, based on the analysis at first step. The result at second step shows that the various ways can be drawn according to programs respectively and the general assumption of research funds and number of projects affecting positive outcome is not absolutely mentioned. Therefore, this study implies that input variables including research funds are not compatible with research performance in terms of international joint research and suggests further that the decisive outcome and management be reconsidered according to the programs respectively under the national R&D program.

개인정보보호법이 2011년 3월 국회 법사위에서 통과되어 2011년 9월 30일 시행예정에 있다. 시행예정에 있는 개인정보 보호법은 기존 공공기관의 개인정보 보호에 관한 법률을 포함하게 된다. 기존의 개인정보보호 관련 법규 및 시행령은 크게 관리적 보호조치와 기술적 보호조치로 구분된다. 기술적 보호조치의 주요 기반기술은 개인정보보호시스템, 접근통제, 암호화, 출력매체, 접근 및 이용, 웹사이트 노출방지대책 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인정보보호 기술적 조치 사항의 주요기반기술에 대해 기술 및 솔루션, 시스템을 살펴보고 최근 웹 사이트 및 내부 업무시스템에서의 개인정보보호 시스템 특징을 연구하고 단계적 적용을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 2011년 9월 30일 시행되는 개인정보보호법에 대비하여 기술적 보호조치 단계를 제시함으로써 개인정보 담당자 및 정보보호 담당자에게 한정된 예산과 일정기간에 단계별로 개인정보보호 수준을 높이는 참조 모델로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

대용량 한글 문서를 대상으로 하는 검색 시스템은 고속의 단어 매칭 알고리즘을 필요로 한다. 이 논문은 두 단계 매칭 접근 방법을 제시하고 그 유용성을 실험을 통해 입증한다. 특징으로는 웨이브렛(wavelet) 계수를 사용하여 첫 단계에서는 적은 수의 특징만을 사용하여, 거친 정합(coarse matching)을 하며 두 번째 단계에서는 미세한 정합(fine matching)을 한다. 거친 정합은 가능성이 없는 단어를 아주 빠른 속도로 걸러내는 역할을 한다. 실제 한글 단어 영상 데이터베이스에 적용한 실험 결과 검색률의 희생 없이 약 7배의 속도 향상을 얻었다.
