핀테크의 발전 배경과 주요 동향

  • 핀테크는 금융과 기술을 결합한 용어로 글로벌 ICT 기업이 폭넓은 사용자 기반을 바탕으로 송금, 결제, 대출, 자산관리 등 각종 금융서비스를 결합하여 제공하는 새로운 유형의 금융서비스를 말한다. 핀테크의 등장은 스마트폰 이용의 보편화로 소비자의 소비행태가 모바일 중심으로 변화하고 있고, 빅데이터 분석 등으로 소비자에게 맞춤형 금융서비스가 가능해진 환경에 기인한다. 핀테크는 전자상거래와 금융서비스가 새롭게 만나면서 자연스럽게 나타나는 현상이다. 핀테크는 기술을 핵심 요소로 하는 금융서비스 혁신으로 파괴적 혁신이라는 특징을 지닌다. 본고에서는 서론에서 핀테크의 정의, 발전 배경을 살펴보고, 본론에서 시장동향과 주요 기업의 사례 분석과 핀테크에 의한 금융 혁신 및 금융회사의 대응 동향을 살펴보았으며, 나아가 핀테크 성공요인 및 주요국의 핀테크 정책을 살펴 보았다. 결론에서는 우리나라의 현황 분석 및 대응 방향을 제시하였다. 정부는 올해 들어 창조경제의 일환으로 '핀테크 육성'을 금융 개혁의 핵심이슈로 선정하고 개혁을 추진 중에 있다. 정부는 핀테크 창업을 통해서 청년문제 등 일자리 문제를 해소하고, 중위험/중금리 사업모델인 인터넷전문은행의 선정, 각종 규제의 개선 등으로 우리경제가 저성장의 늪에서 벗어나 재도약하는 디딤돌이 되길 기대하고 있다.

금융기관 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 이 연구의 목적은 금융기관에서 실시하고 있는 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이들 요인들 간의 상관관계, 영향관계, 매개효과 등을 실증적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 그동안 내부마케팅에 대한 연구는 여행사, 항공사, 호텔, 요식업 등 서비스산업 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었으며, 금융기관에 대한 연구는 거의 미미한 편이었다. 특히 저금리시대와 인터넷전문은행의 신설 예고 등 금융환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 최근 금융기관들은 대고객 서비스 의 중요성을 인식하고 은행원에 대한 직무능력 향상과 사기진작을 위한 다양한 내부경영전략을 확대하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구는 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 금융기관의 내부마케팅 요인으로 권한위임, 경영층지원, 의사소통, 팀웍역량을 주요 구성 요인으로 보고, 이들 요인들이 은행원의 조직몰입을 높이고, 나아가서는 고객지향성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅 요인 중, 권한위임, 경영층지원, 팀웍역량은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 의사소통은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직몰입이 고객지향성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 조직몰입이 내부마케팅 요인과 고객지향성의 관계에서는 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Since the internet banking service was introduced to Korea in 1999, the service has placed itself as an indispensable service to most users. The internet banking, which provides convenience for internet users as well as efficiency for banks, is expected to increase its importance more and to play a bigger role as a passage of funds. Meanwhile, numerous accounts as to the misusage of the internet banking service have been reported and the types and size of damages, especially making illegal money transfers and embezzling user information through computer hacking, tend to increase continuously. This paper points out fundamental problems of the current internet banking service by analyzing the all components of the internet banking service and fitting the results of structural analysis of hacking threats in accordance with service flow. This paper also attempts to propose the means to minimize the hacking threats of the internet banking service.

  • Internet has been applied to the educational field such as data search, lecture by motion picture, realtime examination. Most questions made for these remote examinations use methods of making questions randomly using fixed questions or item pools. The designed system in this paper makes questions without knowing MARK-UP language and after undergoing examinations on Web. Also it readjusts degree of difficulty automatically on the basis of the rate of correct answers. In addition, this enables learners to perform feedback learning after examinations and subsequently learners themselves to adjust their degree of difficulty and undergo reexaminations. The automatic selection system makes it easy to select questions, possible to expect average marks and number of questions made, and to prevent that questions may be made too easy or too hard. For a remote examination, as there are much possibilities of dishonesty such as examination by proxy so different types of problems are made, and problems of the rationality caused from that can be avoided.

  • Recently, the most remarkable word is 'ubiuuitous' in field of information and communication. Ubiquitous has a meaning 'exist everywhere' that means our daily life is connect as network. It means we can get the information which in need whenever and wherever with safety. We predict this word will be symbolical keyword which lead an information-oriented society including the internet a quite long it. It's already per-meate to us the Ubiquitous. It's taken by CCTV when we visit bank. It's made to us can know the fastest way the GPS system to be connected by an artificial satcllite on mobile, and many people use mobile and PDA for investment in stocks. Among them, it has begun to spread many mobile services to us. In this paper, it's the aim a creation of value added through an efficient mobile services to use wireless internet different with previous way, cutting down on expenses and business modeling.

Consumers' acceptance and resistance to virtual bank: views of non-users (인터넷전문은행 수용 의도와 저항에 관한 연구: 소비자, 혁신, 환경 특성을 중심으로)

  • Convergence between technology and financial services is ubiquitous and widespread. Virtual banks represent an important aspect of financial markets that can generate value added for consumers and enhance the quality of financial services. This study explores the effect of innovation characteristics (relative advantage, compatibility, and perceived risk), consumer characteristics (status quo bias), and social mechanisms (network externality: complementarity, numbers of peers) on consumers' adoption intention and resistance to virtual banks. This study adopted an innovation resistance model with two dependent variables: adoption intention and resistance to virtual banks. An online self-administered survey was conducted and 532 or non-users of virtual banks aged 20 to 69 years old were analyzed. Frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression indicated that status quo bias, relative advantage, perceived risk, complementarity, and number of peers insignificantly influence the adoption intention regarding virtual banks. Furthermore, status quo bias, relative advantage, perceived risk, and number of peers insignificantly influence the resistance to virtual banks. Female respondents have a lower adoption intention and higher resistance to virtual banks than male respondents. The findings suggest that the innovation resistance model can be useful in understanding consumers'adoption and resistance behavior as well as reveal that innovation characteristics, consumer characteristics, and social mechanism are important antecedent variables of the innovation adoption decision.

A Comparative Study on Direct Bank Services between South Korea and China: Putting Emphasis on Service Convenience and Social Influence (인터넷전문은행 서비스의 한중 비교연구: 서비스의 편리성과 사회적 영향 요인을 중심으로)

  • Purpose The purpose of the present study is to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use direct bank continuously from the perspective of service rather than technology. Hygiene factors including economic benefits, privacy, and unverified risks, and convenience of service as a motivator were considered as user's satisfaction. A research model integrating the relationships among user's satisfaction, its determinants, social influence, and continuous intention to use direct banks was proposed. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modelling for validating the research model was employed. 253 valid data were collected from users of direct bank service in South Korea and China, and used to test six hypotheses. Findings User's satisfaction and social influence were determinants of continuous use intention of direct bank. Convenience of service as a motivator has a significant influence on service satisfaction, while economic benefits, privacy, and unverified risks as hygiene factors have no significant influence on the continuous intention. Managers of direct banks need to implement service differentiation strategies to gain customers' loyalty. Also they seek to find the determinants of social influence. The present study confirmed that there is a big difference between Korea and China in terms of factors affecting the continuous intention to use direct bank.

생체신호를 이용한 텔레바이오인식기술 동향 및 전망

  • 전통적으로 바이오인식기술은 출입국심사(전자여권, 승무원 승객 신원확인), 출입통제(도어락, 출입통제 근태관리), 행정(무인민원발급, 전자조달), 사회복지(미아찾기, 복지기금관리), 의료(원격의료, 의료진 환자 신원확인), 정보통신(휴대폰 PC 인터넷 인증), 금융(온라인 뱅킹, ATM 현금인출) 등 다방면에서 폭넓게 보급되어 실생활에서 널리 활용되고 있다. [그림1]은 신체적 특징(Physiological biometrics)과 행동적 특징(Behavioral biometrics)을 이용한 사용자 인증기술인 바이오인식기술의 유형과 함께 각 기술별 보안취약점(괄호 안 빨강색글자)을 나타내고 있다. 최근 들어, 모바일 지급결제서비스 ATM 인출기 인터넷전문은행 등과 같은 핀테크 분야에서 비대면 인증기술로 바이오인식기술이 각광을 받기 시작했다. 한편, 가짜지문 등 기존의 신체적 특징을 이용한 바이오인식기술의 위변조 위협에 대한 우려 존재함에 따라 뇌파 심전도 근전도 맥박 등 살아있는 사람의 행동적(신체의 기능적) 특징을 이용한 생체신호를 이용하여 비대면 인증기술로서 활용하기 위하여 주요 선진국에서 차세대 바이오인식 기술개발이 가속화되고 있는 추세이다.[1] 또한, 이러한 생체신호는 최근에 삼성전자, LG전자, 애플 등에서 스마트워치를 통해 심장박동수를 측정하고 스마트폰을 통하여 모바일 지급결제, 헬스케어 등과 같은 IoT 모바일 융복합 응용서비스에 활용될 전망이다. 본고에서는 뇌파 심전도(심박수)와 같은 생체신호를 측정하는 스마트워치 밴드형 의복형 또는 패치형태의 웨어러블 디바이스와 같은 생체신호센서, 생체신호 인증기술 및 관련표준화 동향을 고찰해 보기로 한다. 국내외 관련기술과 표준화 동향을 면밀히 분석하여 지난 2015년 5월29일에 발족한 국내외 전문가그룹인 KISA"모바일 생체신호 인증기술 표준연구회"(이하 KISA 표준연구회)가 구심점이 되어 한국형 생체신호를 이용한 차세대 텔레바이오인식기술에 대한 연구개발과 국내외 표준화 추진에 박차를 가할 계획이다.

  • OTP(One Time Password) is for user authentication of Internet banking and users should carry their security card or OTP generator to use OTP. If they lost their security card or OTP generator, there is at risk for OTP leak. This paper suggests a new User Authentication Framework using personal health information from diverse technology of u-Health. It will cover the problem of OTP loss and illegal reproduction A User Authentication Framework is worthy of use because it uses various combinations of user's physical condition which is inconstant. This protocol is also safe from leaking information due to encryption of reliable institutes. Users don't need to bring their OTP generator or card when they use bank, shopping mall, and game site where existing OTP is used.

  • Since finance companies started e-banking services, those services have been diversified and use of them has continued to increase. Finance companies are implementing financial security policy for safe e-banking services, but e-Banking incidents are continuing to increase and becoming more intelligent. Along with the rise of internet banks and boosting Fintech industry, financial supervisory institutes are not only promoting user convenience through improving e-banking regulations such as enforcing Non-face-to-face real name verification policy and abrogating mandatory use of public key certificate or OTP(One time Password) for e-banking transactions, but also recommending the prevention of illegal money transfer incidents through upgrading FDS(Fraud Detection System). In this study, we assessed a blacklist based auto detection method suitable for overall situations for finance company, a real-time based suspicious transaction detection method linking with blacklist statistics model by each security level, and an alternative FDS model responding to typical transaction patterns of which information were collected from previous e-Banking incidents.
