기존에 박막공정을 이용한 CIGS 태양전지는 단가가 비싸고 공정이 복잡한 단점이 있다. 따라서 후막형 CIGS 태양전지 위한 CIGS 나노 입자의 필요성이 대두 되었다. CIGS 나노 입자를 합성하기 위한 방법은 용매열법, 콜로이달법 등이 있다. 특히 이들 방법 중에서 열용매 방식은 입도 제어가 용이하고 저압, 저온에서 간단한 공정으로 입자를 합성할 수 있다는 잠정으로 인해 많이 사용되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 열용매법을 이용하여, 용매양, 반응온도, 반응시간 등을 통하여 후막형 CIGS에 적합한 나노 입자를 합성하였다. XRD를 통해 상을 분석하고, SEM, 입도, B.E.T.를 통해 파우더의 평가하였다.

The purpose of this research is to bring supportive ways to reinforce the market competitiveness of fusion industry based on the rapidly arising fusion industries considering system improvement and fusion R&D support. The research has proceeded in the order of setup for competitiveness reinforcing way of fusion industry and deduction for competitiveness reinforcing way based on directivity. It classified the fusion industry into introduction, diffusion and development by time, and suggested expert fusion R&D, open type fusion R&D, customized fusion R&D, system improvement of market entrance and supportive way for public purchase as the supportive way. It's purpose is to lead the entrance into the new fusion market, stabilize to settle into the market and create high value products by resolving difficulties for the market entrance of the new fusion products & service, reinforcing the fusion capability and securing the competitive advantage.

반도체 LED가 조명 인프라를 바꾸는 신성장 기술로 급부상하고 있다. LED는 백열전등에 비하여 전기 절감 효과가 높고, 형광등에 비하여 수은을 사용하지 않아 친환경적이다. 통신 및 조명 환경 변화에 부응한 기술로서, LED 조명과 동시에 통신을 할 수 있는 가시광 무선통신 융합 기술이 등장하였다. 본 고에서는 조명과 통신의 전혀 다른 산업이 융합된 기술로 탄생하게 된 기술적 배경, 가시광 무선통신의 국내 및 국제 표준동향, LED 조명통신 융합 기술에 의한 융합 서비스를 설명한다. 가시광 무선통신 기술은 눈으로 확인하는 통신, 빛 색에 따른 선별통신, LOS 통신 보안을 보장해주는 것이 특징이다. 또한, 조명통신 융합에 의해 광 ID, 광센서, 초정밀 실내 측위, M2M 등의 신규 융합 서비스도 제공할 수 있다.

Convergence education, which is operated by many engineering colleges, is mainly led by government-led projects. Convergence majors are established in consideration of the research field of the university professors rather than systematically analyzing the needs of the industry. The purpose of this study is to present the directions of convergence technology education related to new industry fields by analyzing industry needs. Participants were 299 industrial workers in various fields. Instrument consisted of three parts: necessity for convergence education, demand for convergence new technology education from industry perspective, and opinions about undergraduate convergence education. As a result, it was found that the level of awareness of industry needs for fusion technology education was high, and it was confirmed that there is a high demand for IoT convergence, bio-health, advanced new material, and renewable energy fields among convergence technology fields. In addition, the results of the industry demand for convergence new technology education were presented. The suggestions for expectations, problems, and improvements in undergraduate education were presented and implications for convergence technology education were discussed based on the results of the study.

National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) provides underpinning to boost international competitiveness in convergence research including research amalgamating Science and Engineering with Humanities and Social Sciences. Division of Electrical Engineering, Information Sciences and Convergence Research recategorized a scientific and engineering array of convergence research in basic sciences and reformed a Convergence Research Support Framework in 2012. The test case was thoroughly analyzed and reviewed for successful application in the 2013 mid-career researcher program. The core of convergence research-specific review process is 'Suitability Review' that is performed by the 'Suitability Review Committee for Convergence Research' and 'Merit Review' that is conducted as a conventional peer review. As a good result of the pilot program, prior allocation of budget for convergence research was decided to the 2013 Core Research Program and the modified convergence Research Support Framework was extensively applied in the '2013 Implementation Plan for Basic Research Program in Science and Engineering.'

The purpose of study was to analyze the trends of 2005 to 2018 revised 'convergence technology research' through text network analysis using NetMiner4.0 program. Data analysis was conducted by using keyword analysis, centrality analysis of 653 authors' keyword from 177 journals. The results of the study are as follows. First, Research on Converging Technology has been studied steadily over the past 13 years in Department of Industry Convergence. Second, the results of the search term frequency analysis show that the 'convergence technology', 'technology convergence', 'convergence', 'design', 'convergence education', 'STEAM', 'convergence research' were used as the main keywords of convergence technology research. Third, Community analysis results show that five communities have been classified five categories according to the characteristics of the search terms 'only IT', 'Cultural industry utilizing Convergence contents', 'Technology innovation and research analysis' And patent development'. Based on these results, we proposed the future directions of convergence technology research.
