요즘 값싼 PC들을 빠른 네트웍으로 묶어 높은 성능을 얻고자하는 클러스터 컴퓨팅에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지면서 CPU나 메모리, 네트웍보다 상대적으로 느린 디스크에서 데이터를 읽어 효율적으로 파일서비스를 하는 분산 파일 시스템이 개발되었다. 기존 분산 파일 시스템 중 클러스터 컴퓨팅에서 많이 사용하는 Linux 운영 체제에서 병렬 I/O를 사용하여 사용자에게 빠른 파일 서비스를 제공하여 주는 PVFS가 개발되었다. 기존 PVFS에서는 캐쉬 시스템을 제공하고 있지 않기 때문에 읽기 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 PVFS를 위한 상호 협력 캐쉬를 설계하고 구현하였다. 기존에 구현된 PVFS를 위한 상호 협력 캐쉬는 힌트 기반 상호 협력 캐쉬로서 부정확한 읽기/쓰기를 수행함으로서 읽기/쓰기 부하가 커지는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 PVFS를 위한 상호 협력 캐쉬의 읽기/쓰기 성능 향상을 위해 PVFS를 위한 상호 협력 캐쉬를 홈 기반 상호 협력 캐쉬로서 설계 및 구현한다. 그리고 PVFS, 기존 PVFS를 위한 힌트 기반 상호 협력 캐처와 PVFS를 위한 홈 기반 상호 협력캐쉬의 성능을 비교, 분석한다.

This study reviewed the library cooperation of the National Library of Korea and regional public libraries in Korea, and analyzed the actual condition and cooperation program of public libraries in Incheon. The results of this study proposed some directions to improve cooperation among public libraries in Incheon as follows: to strengthen infrastructure of local public libraries; to build up the position of regional representative library and set up effective management of library policy organization authorities; to resolve the problems derived from multiple administrations and harmonize communications among public libraries; to appoint and administer strongpoint libraries; to specialize local libraries concerning characteristics; to expand and improve the existing library cooperative programs such as shared purchasing, interlibrary loan, preservation, cooperation with small libraries etc.

요즘 네트웍과 PC의 성능이 향상됨에 따라 값싼 PC를 빠른 네트웍으로 묶어 높은 성능을 얻고자 하는 클러스터 시스템에 대하여 많이 연구 되어 왔다. 이러한 연구의 한 분야로서 클러스터 I/O 하위 시스템의 성능을 향상시키고자 하는 상호 협력 캐쉬가 제시되었다. 기존 상호 협력 캐쉬에 대한 연구는 주로 효율적인 캐쉬 공유 기법에만 집중되어있고 쓰기 성능에 대한 고려는 하지 않고 있다. 또한 대부분의 읽기 데이터는 상호 협력 캐쉬를 통하여 처리되지만 쓰기 데이터는 디스크에 접근하기 때문에 쓰기가 병목현상이 될 수 있다. 따라서 상호 협력 캐쉬에서 읽기 뿐 아니라 쓰기 성능 향상 기법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 상호 협력 캐쉬에서 쓰기 성능 향상 기법으로 확장 가능한 두 단계 프로토콜을 제시한다. 확장 가능한 두 단계 프로토콜은 기존 두 단계 프로토콜과 같이 파일에 읽기/쓰기 접근을 연속된 읽기/쓰기 단계로 나누고, 쓰기 단계에서 연속된 쓰기사이의 불필요한 동작을 제거할 뿐 아니라 쓴 데이터에 대한 일시적 버퍼링을 수행함으로서 쓰기 성능을 향상시킨다. 그리고 확장 가능한 두 단계 프로토콜을 상호 협력 클러스터 파일 시스템의 홈 기반 상호 협력 캐쉬에 적용하여 성능을 비교, 분석한다.

민군기술협력사업은 민과 군의 공동활용 기술개발 및 기술의 상호이전을 추진하는 사업으로, 민군기술의 융합을 바탕으로 과학기술을 효과적으로 획득하고 활용하기 위한 국가정책이다. 1998년 이후 현재까지 정부주도의 다양한 민군기술협력사업 진흥정책이 시행되었으나, 일관성있는 범 부처자원의 추진체계 및 위원회와 참여기관간의 상호협력 부족으로 그 효과가 극대화되지 못하고 있어 민군기술협력사업의 효율적인 정책 추진 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정부의 기본계획에 대해 각 수립 시기별로 민군기술협력 거버넌스 변화에 따른 민군기술협력사업의 연구 성과와 민군 기술의 상호 영향성과 문제점을 확인하고, 이를 기반으로 거버넌스에 의한 민군기술협력 사업의 활성화 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 향후 민군기술협력의 시너지 개선을 위하여, 민군기술협력 사업의 정책 주체인 정부부처-위원회-전문가집단 관계구조의 발전 방향에 대해 추가 연구할 예정이다.

As industries have developed rapidly as well as our society becomes urbanized and globalized, the damage by disaster spreads fast and its extent gets also wide consequently. Therefore, the quicker and systematic disaster response system is required to reduce the damage by disaster. In this context, several studies regarding the mutual cooperation system were conducted. However, the existing studies put more stress on the mutual cooperation system for the central administrative agency than on the local level at an incident scene. For the study on establishing the mutual cooperation system at the field, we took part in man-made disaster response exercises which have been carried out every month, attempted the establishing mutual cooperation system at the local level and researched requirements to build the mutual cooperation system. Also, we designed training scenarios that are necessary at the disaster response training through this study, and developed various forms for the mutual cooperation plan.

In the situation that crime is diversified qualitatively and quantitatively, the mutual cooperation system between police and private security is very important to cope with the change of policing environment properly. The primary purpose of this study is to suggest the method to improve the policing service quality of police and advance sound security industry by analyzing the case of close mutual cooperation system between police and private security of USA, which can be called the best country in the field of private security. When considering the cases of USA synthetically, we can know that as the most basic characteristic, the discussion over actual cooperation method is performed on the basis of positive recognition over mutual existence of police or private security. It means that the mutual relationship is based on the basic recognition over partner relationship to meet citizen's desire for safety. While reviewing the cases of USA, Korea shall refer to the fact that social safety activities of advanced countries display effects because of many factors such as various mutual cooperation programs between police and private security, efforts of local government, high quality of private security, reliance of citizen and general understanding of police, private security and citizen to solve crime problem. As shown in the review of USA cases, when considering the fact that the mutual cooperation between police and private security is performed in the level of autonomous police, Korea shall perform autonomous police system to provide better policing service, which is close to citizen.

In distributed object oriented environment based upon wide heterogeneous network, effective cooperation policies between/among distributed objects are needed to resolve a complexity of management of distributed objects because of growing of a large stale of systems. Thus, in this paper, we propose three trading cooperation models between/among traders for supporting a high speed and a wide selection of trader service for clients, by considering three different cooperation models(light weight trader, simple negotiation and federation) depending upon their facilities, goals, and weights of goals.

In a study of the existing Collaboration, U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) has a width of the various channels through continuous mutual cooperation by the path-dependency. U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) through the various channels is more powerful, whereas this increase trade-related barriers. In other words, It has been discussed in many literatures about the U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK). However, relatively a study on the factor of the barrier about U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) is a minority. Given the importance of policies to establish an association of industry-university cooperation and support system, the lack of research on the obstacles to U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) will be a serious obstacle for designing effective policies. This paper examines the existing literature about the width of mutual cooperation and the barrier of U-I Collaboration, analyze to lower the barrier of U-I cooperation through POB(Positive Organization Behavior) of university administration. In conclusion, we would like to suggest the policy implications.

분산 객체지향 시스템에서 시스템들의 규모가 커짐에 따른 분산 객체들의 관리의 복잡성으로 인하여 분산 객체들간의 효율적인 상호협력 기법이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이기종 객체 시스템들간의 접속을 위한 트레이딩 서비스를 단순협력, 단순교섭, 그리고 연합으로 확장하여 트레이더간의 상호협력 기법을 제시하므로써 객체들간의 효과적인 접속과 클라이언트에게 보다 나은 서비스 속도 제공 및 선택의 폭을 넓히고자 하였다.
