Analysis on Factors Influencing Pay Satisfaction of Social Workers in the Private Sector (민간부문 사회복지사의 보수만족에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to find influencing factors of the pay satisfaction of the social workers in the private sector and to suggest improvement plan. Therefore, we analyzed the overall condition of social workers' pay level and the factors affecting pay satisfaction. The main results are as follows. First, social workers had many female, advanced, disciplined, regular workers and were dissatisfied with the pay. Second, female, lower age, lower education level, higher level of pay, non - regular workers had higher pay satisfaction. Third, the main factors influencing pay satisfaction were the level of pay and welfare factors. Finally, we suggested practical and policy implications that reflect the factors of pay satisfaction of social workers.

A Study on Satisfaction of Supplementary Education for Radiological Technologist (방사선사 보수교육에 대한 만족도 연구)

  • As the research about supplementary education of radiological technologist who works in Gyoungsangnam province, this study was conducted to draw the improvements by analyzing the satisfaction level and problems of the supplementary education. During November 01, 2016 to December 15, 2016, after we sent out a total of 250 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at medical institution located in Gyoungsangnam province, 200 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the satisfaction factors, 21 items such as system, subject, help, appropriateness of lecturer selection, professionalism were used. And as the problem factors, 18 items such as place, transportation, diversity, administrative treatment, education promotion, proceed method were used. Consequentially, the satisfaction level(3.12 point) and problems(3.01 point) of the supplementary education were confirmed as normal level. The supplementary education is an essential education that any health and medical service personnel must complete. In order to improve the effectiveness and efficaciousness of the education, the diverse opinions and efforts to improve the education levels must be supported. Futhermore, through the realistic educational program, the continuous education for radiological technologist with excellent qualities and competence should be done.

  • 많은 기업에서는 ERP시스템을 도입함으로서 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하려고 노력하고 있다. 그러나 ERP시스템을 도입 후 사용자가 원하는 시스템으로 운영 유지보수 되어지지 못하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템을 운영 유지 보수 함에 있어서 ERP시스템의 서비스품질과 시스템품질이 사용자에게 미치는 영향 및 사용자 만족에 따라 직무만족과 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석해 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 할지를 제안한다.

A Study on Job Satisfaction Level of Employees in Special Libraries by Institutional Characteristics and Personal Backgrounds (기관특성과 개인환경에 따른 전문도서관 직원의 직무만족도 연구)

  • This study aims to evaluate job satisfaction level of employees working at special libraries by analyzing their affiliated institution and personal backgrounds. Results indicated that the job satisfaction level in private institutions was higher for 'remuneration', 'promotion', and 'overall satisfaction' in comparison to public counterparts. Also, employees working at institutions with independent libraries had higher level of satisfaction for 'work itself', 'remuneration' and 'co-workers' in comparison to those working in non-independent libraries. In terms of employment status, satisfaction level for 'remuneration' and 'promotion' was high among permanent employees, whereas 'superior and supervisor' was relatively higher among temporary employees. In terms of position, supervisors had higher level of satisfaction for 'remuneration', 'job system', 'promotion' and 'overall satisfaction' in comparison to non-supervisors. Employees with degrees in library and information science had higher level of satisfaction for 'work itself', 'job system', 'promotion' and 'institutional environment' in comparison to non-majors. This study clarified desires and emotions of employees working at special libraries and eliminated obstacles to higher job satisfaction. These findings may have implications for the improvement of work efficiency in libraries.

Analysis of Satisfaction and Problems of Clinic Radiological Technologist on the Supplementary Education (보수교육에 대한 의원방사선사의 만족도와 문제점 분석)

  • As the research about supplementary education of radiological technologist who works in medical clinics, this study was conducted to draw the improvements by analyzing the satisfaction level and problems of the supplementary education. During November 01, 2016 to April 30, 2017, after we distributed a total of 150 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at medical clinics located in Changwon-si, Gyoungsangnam province, 106 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the sociodemographic characteristics, the age, gender, working period, level of education, and working department were used. And As the welfare factors, working environment, financial support, educational opportunity, medical support, working culture, etc. were used. As the satisfaction factors, 21 items such as system, subject, help, appropriateness of lecturer selection, professionalism were used. And as the problem factors, 18 items such as place, transportation, diversity, administrative treatment, education promotion, proceed method were used. Consequentially, the satisfaction level(3.02 point) of the supplementary education were confirmed as normal level. And the problems(3.18 point) of the supplementary education was analyzed a little higher. The supplementary education is the mandatory education that any health and medical service personnel must complete every three years for license re-issuance. There were many opinions that the supplementary education for radiologists working in various medical institutions did not meet the education level of radiologists working in the medical clinics. In order to improve the satisfaction of the supplementary education of medical clinic's radiological technologist, it should be improved the quality of education through a practical education program that reflects various opinions and improvements on conservative education.

A Study on the Continuing Education of Radiologic Technologists : Focused on Current Status and Satisfaction of Continuing Education (방사선사의 보수교육에 관한 연구 : 보수교육 현황 및 만족도를 중심으로)

  • In this study, we surveyed the current status, satisfaction and demand of radiologic technologist continuing education for 93 radiologic technologists who participated in the continuing education. To understand the current status and general evaluation and to find out the improvement direction, survey was conducted on 3 categories: participation, satisfaction and demand of continuing education. In addition, we analyzed the continuing education implementation status and the management system by collecting related regulations. As a result, the education completion rates of radiologic technologists from 2010 to 2012 were respectively 42.6%, 43.4% and 34.2%; the rates were similar to other medical technician's average education completion rates. According to the survey, in case of participation, the most frequent answer was 'more than five times less than 10 times per year' with 48.4% and in satisfaction section, the most common answer was 'Average(3)' with 34.4%. In demand of continuing education section, 32.8% of the respondents chose 'Clinical skill training in major field'. In the results of this research, continuing education needs to be managed in the direction of helping radiologists improve their personal ability and self development. Furthermore, to meet the demand of radiologists, the quality of continuing education should be improved to satisfy the educatee.

A Study on the Deternmining Factors of Korean Advertising Designer's Job Satisfaction (한국 광고디자이너의 직무만족도 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • Many researchers have been explored job satisfaction in various context. Nevertheless, there are no empirical researches on the advertising designers's job satisfaction in Korea. This research is an exploratory examination regarding Korean advertising designers's organizational behaviour. In general, job satisfaction is determined by two major factors; personal and organizational factor. This research shows that korean advertising designers's job satisfaction is mainly determined by the organizational factor such as payment and promotion. Promotion was particularly significant amongst them and recognition also proved to be influential. Synthetically, the determining factors of advertising designers's job satisfaction consists of several predictors such as payment, promotion, and human relationships. This result may gives an assumption that the agencies have not provided designers with specialized evaluation system reflecting designers' job characteristics. Thesis concludes that agencies need to set a new evaluation and payment systems in order to elevate designers' job satisfaction in organization.

  • 본 연구는 최근 고객접점근무자인 콜센터 산업 근무자들은 고객과 기업의 접점에 위치하여 일대일 고객 응대가 이루어지는 곳의 중요 인적자원으로 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 콜센터 산업은 높은 이직률로 인하여 안정적인 조직성과 달성 및 긴밀한 고객관리 관계를 어렵게 한다. 또한 콜센터를 운영하는 기업은 인적자원의 직무만족과 조직에의 몰입도를 제고함으로 조직유효성에 전략적으로 접근할 수 있다. 즉, 고객과 기업의 접점에서 기업의 연결고리 역할을 수행하고 있는 콜센터 부분 인력의 직무만족과 직무몰입 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 오늘날 기업 경영 흐름에 전략적 대응을 이끌어 내고 이직률이 높고 직업만족도가 낮은 고객접점근무자들에게 화두를 제시하고 있다. 고객의 요구를 즉시 반영 할 수 있고 고객관계 관리를 위하여 고객정보 수집이 이루어지는 대고객접점위치의 콜센터 산업(부문) 여성인력들의 직무만족과 조직 몰입도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과 먼저, 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 첫째, 동기요인 중에서 직무, 승진, 능력은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 동기요인 중에서 성취, 책임은 기각되었다. 둘째, 위생요인 중에서 보수, 상사는 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 결과가 나타나고 위생요인 중에서 동료는 기각되었다. 직무의 몰입에 대한 결과는 첫째, 정서적 몰입은 동기요인 중 직무와 능력요인은 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미치나 위생요인은 그렇지 않을 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 조직몰입에 대한 신호방향(인/아웃바운드)으로 나누어 보면 인바운드 부서에서 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성취와 보수이고 아웃바운드는 직무, 능력, 승진, 성취, 보수가 채택되었다.

A Study on the Relationship Between Self-Efficacy and Work Ethic on Job Environments and Job Satisfaction -The Moderating Effects of Retraining Program for Personal Assistants- (활동보조인의 자기효능감과 직업의식이 근무환경과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 보수교육의 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The aim of this study was to examine self-efficacy and work ethic on the moderating effect of retraining program for personal assistants to influence job environments and job satisfaction. The data were obtained from 330 personal assistants working at the Personal Assistance Association of Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling with relative effect analysis. The result of this study showed that self-efficacy and work ethics should have an impact job environments and job environments should have a positive impact job satisfaction. The retraining program for personal assistants showed a moderating effect on the relationship between work ethics and job environments. However, the findings did not support the moderator effect on the retraining program for personal assistants in the relationship between self-efficacy and job environments. Using these findings, social work administration agency, in particular, can be guided in terms of human resource management under social work administration.
