SimPad를 이용한 현장중심형 심폐소생술과 영상자가학습 심폐소생술의 질 비교

A Comparison of Quality of SimPad based on Field Focus Type CPR and Video Self-lnstruction CPR

초록

본 연구는 SimPad를 이용한 현장중심형 심폐소생술과 영상자가학습 심폐소생술의 질을 비교 분석하여 효과적인 심폐소생술 교육방법을 모색하고, 심폐소생술 교육의 기초자료로 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구의 대상자 및 자료수집은 G광역시에 위치해 있는 G대학교의 심폐소생술 강의를 이수한 응급구조과 1학년 64명을 대상으로 2018년 11월 14일부터 2018년 12월 5일까지 시행하였으며, SPSS ver. 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 현장중심형 심폐소생술이 영상자가학습 심폐소생술보다 CPR 총 점수, 압박점수, 압박깊이, 가슴압박율, 압박속도, 인공호흡점수, 총 호흡수 영역에서 심폐소생술 질이 더 높게 나타났다. 따라서 현장중심형 심폐소생술을 이용하여 교육법이 기존의 영상자가학습 심폐소생술 교육법보다 심폐소생술 질을 향상시키는 것으로 파악할 수 있었으며 향후 심폐소생술 교육의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
