저소득층의 디지털 정보화수준과 여가 생활 만족도 간의 관계에 대한 연구

A Study on the Relationship between Digital Informatization Level and Leisure Life Satisfaction of Low Income

초록

디지털정보화 사회가 심화되면서 정보소외계층의 정보격차는 점점 심각한 사회문제가 되어가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보소외계층 중 하나인 저소득계층을 대상으로, 디지털정보화 역량과 저소득계층의 여가활동 만족도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 2017년 디지털정보격차실태조사 결과를 바탕으로 저소득계층의 디지털정보화수준과 여가 활동 만족도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 저소득 계층의 유무선 정보기기 보유 및 인터넷 상시 접속가능 여부 등 디지털접근과 여가 활동 만족도간에는 양(+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, PC이용능력 및 모바일 디지털기기 이용능력 등 디지털 정보역량수준과 여가활동 만족도 수준도 양(+)의 관계를 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 유선 및 모바일 인터넷 이용여부 등 디지털 정보 활용 등의 수준도 역시 저소득계층의 여가활동 만족도에 양(+)의 관계를 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 저소득계층과 일반 국민들 간의 정보격차 해소를 위한 다양한 지원이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
