공공 기술가치가 기술이전성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The Effect of Public Technology Value on Technology Transfer Performance

초록

본 연구의 목적은 공공 기술이전 사례에서 수요기업의 기술이전성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고 이에 따른 시사점을 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통하여 이전 받은 기술의 가치를 기술의 금전적 가치를 의미하는 기술거래 금액과 기술의 완성도를 의미하는 기술개발단계(TRL)로 제시하고, 기술이전 기업의 경영데이터를 활용하여 이전 받은 기술의 가치가 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 또한 기업 유형 및 기술 이전 유형에 따른 기술가치 및 경영성과에 대한 인식의 차이를 추가적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기술거래 금액이 높은 기술보다는 기술개발단계가 높은 기술일수록 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업 유형 및 기술이전 유형에 따른 기술가치에 대한 인식의 차이는 있으나, 경영성과에 대한 인식 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 공공 기술이전성과 향상을 위한 기술가치의 중요성을 확인하고, 기술이전의 성공적인 추진을 위한 기업의 전략적인 방향성을 제시하였다는 점을 본 연구의 의의라 할 수 있다.
