간호사의 의사소통능력, 감정노동, 조직몰입 간의 융합관계
The Convergence Relation of Communication, Emotional Labor, and Organizational Commitment among Nurse

본 연구는 간호사의 의사소통능력, 감정노동, 조직몰입 간의 융합관계를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위해 대학병원에서 근무하는 간호사 106명을 대상으로 2016년 8월 1일부터 8월 15일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 의사소통능력은 Kim & Yu의 의사소통능력 측정도구를, 감정노동은 Morris & Feldman의 도구를, 조직몰입은 Mowday 등이 개발하고 Lee가 요인 분석한 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 의사소통능력은 나이(F=5.78, p=0.004), 결혼여부(t=-4.06, p<0.001), 직위(t=-5.35, p<0.001)에 따라 차이가 나타났으며, 의사소통능력과 조직몰입 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=0.293, p=0.002). 본 결과는 간호실무현장에서 간호사의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료 제공에 대한 융합적 함의를 제안한다.
