임상간호사의 긍정심리자본과 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 융복합적 효과

Convergence Effects of Positive psychological capital and Self-leadership in Clinical Nurses on Job satisfaction

본 연구는 임상간호사의 긍정심리자본, 셀프리더십 및 직무만족의 관계를 파악하고 나아가 직무만족에 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 4월 1일부터 4월 15일까지 S와 Y시에 소재하고 있는 6개의 중소병원에 근무하는 임상간호사를 대상으로 하였으며, 120부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test 혹은 one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상간호사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 긍정심리자본과 셀프리더십이었으며 이들의 설명력은 27.5%(F=23.51, p<.001)였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 임상간호사의 직무만족을 증진시킬 수 있는 융복합적 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
