윤리적 리더십과 종업원의 행동 간의 관계-종업원의 자기효능감과 리더에 대한 신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로

The moderating roles of employees' self-efficacy and trust in leader on the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' behaviors

본 연구는 윤리적 리더십이 종업원의 행동(일탈행동과 자기주도성)에 미치는 영향과 윤리적 리더십과 종업원의 행동 간의 관계에서 자기 효능감과 리더에 대한 신뢰의 조절효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 선행연구 검토를 통해 4개의 가설을 개발하고 개발된 가설은 단순 회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과 윤리적 리더십은 종업원의 일탈행동에는 부(-)의 영향을 그리고 자기 주도성에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 종업원의 자기 효능감과 리더에 대한 신뢰가 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 실증 분석결과를 바탕으로 실무적 시사점과 미래 연구 방향 등을 제시하였다.
