정신장애인의 회복측정도구 개발

The Development of a Mental Disorder Recovery Scale

초록

이 연구는 정신장애인의 회복을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 검정하는 방법론적 연구이다. 3회에 걸친 요인 분석 후 고유값이 1.0이상인 요인이 총 3개 추출되었고 설명력은 58.1%였으며 모든 항목이 공통성과 요인적재량의 기준에 적합하여 삭제되는 문항이 없어 최종 25개 문항이 선정되었다. 준거타당도 검정에서는 Pearson 상관계수는 .71로 유의하였으며(p<.01) 각 요인과도 유의하게 상관관계를 보였다(p<.01). 신뢰도 검정 결과 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 계수는 .95였으며 각 요인별 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 계수는 .87에서 .93까지 분포하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 3개 요인 25개 문항의 정신장애인의 회복 측정도구는 타당도와 신뢰도가 모두 검정된 도구이므로 정신장애인을 대상으로 하는 실무 및 연구영역에서 활용하여 회복을 촉진하도록 하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
