환경 대기중 휘발성 유기화합물의 포집과 분석방법

최근들어 발암성 혹은 돌연변이원성에 관련된 환경인의 영향에 관한 직접 혹은 간접적인 증거가 늘어감에 따라 대기환경에서 검출되는 화학적 발암성 물질에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 수 많은 종류의 발암성 화학물질중 측히 독성 유기화합물은 주변환경에 널리 분포되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 그 종류가 매우 다양하여 적절한 관리가 어렵고 또한 일반적으로 대기중에 극미량 수준으로 존재하므로 측정, 분석이 어려워 그 위해성을 정확히 평가하기가 쉽지 않으므로 다른 물질보다 더 많은 연구와 관심의 대상이 되고 있다.(IARC, 1983; WHO, 1987; Calabrese & Kenyon, 1991; Field et al., 1992).
